Abstract

Low Back Pain (LBP) merupakan salah satu penyakit yang umum terjadi, terutama pada karyawan kantor yang bekerja dalam posisi duduk statis dalam waktu lama. LBP dapat menurunkan produktivitas kerja dan kualitas hidup jika tidak ditangani secara tepat. Tujuan: Mengetahui rancangan edukasi stretching exercise pada karyawan kantor dalam mencegah low back pain. Metode: Pengembangan media edukasi video dan pamflet dengan tahapan perancangan, validasi oleh pakar, uji coba terbatas, dan evaluasi pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner pre-test dan post test kepada 20 karyawan kantor di Rumah Sakit Khusus Daerah (RSKD) Duren Sawit. Hasil: Dari penilaian menunjukkan validasi produk tugas akhir sangat baik oleh pakar maupun 5 responden dengan rata-rata nilai pamflet 97,85dan video 97,85. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan pada sasaran, dari rata-rata jawaban iya atau pernah melakukan stretching exercise pada pre-test sebesar 34,5% menjadi 95% pada post-test Kesimpulan: Edukasi stretching exercise meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang postur kerja yang baik dan pencegahan LBP melalui latihan sederhana yang dapat dilakukan secara mandiri di tempat kerja. / Low Back Pain (LBP) is a common disease, especially in office workers who work in a static sitting position for a long time. LBP can reduce work productivity and quality of life if not handled properly. Objective: To determine the design of stretching exercise education for office workers in preventing low back pain. Method: Development of educational media videos and pamphlets with stages of design, validation by experts, limited trials, and evaluation of data collection with pre-test and post-test questionnaires to 20 office workers at the Duren Sawit Hospital. Results: The assessment showed that the validation of the final project product was very good by experts and 5 respondents with an average score of 97.85 for the pamphlet and 97.85 for the video. There was an increase in knowledge of the target, from an average answer of yes/have done stretching exercises in the pre test of 34.5% to 95% in the post-test. Conclusion: Stretching exercise education increases knowledge of good work posture and LBP prevention through simple exercises that can be done independently in the workplace.
