Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pelaksanaan strategi IFNS 2030 dalam menghadapi isu Triple Planetary Crisis serta kontribusi FOLU Net Sink 2030 dalam upaya pencapaian target Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB) terutama dalam Pilar Pembangunan Lingkungan Berkelanjutan. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Environmentalisme yang peneliti yakini merupakan teori yang tepat dalam mengkaji pembahasan Pelaksanaan FOLU Net Sink 2030 di Indonesia. Kemudian penelitian ini juga menggunakan konsepsi Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan untuk menganalisa data kontribusi FOLU Net Sink 2030 dalam fokus pencapaian target TPB di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif analisis dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder melalui dokumen dari Sektor FOLU Operation and Collaboration Center (FOLU COLL) di Kementerian Kehutanan serta studi pustaka berupa buku, jurnal penelitian, dan artikel terkait isu lingkungan global di Indonesia, tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia, serta strategi IFNS 2030. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi IFNS 2030 berperan sebagai solusi yang tepat dalam menghadapi isu “Triple Planetary Crisis” di Indonesia, dan jika strategi ini dianggap berhasil dalam menghadapi isu lingkungan global tersebut maka strategi IFNS 2030 juga terbukti memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pencapaian target TPB di Indonesia. Strategi IFNS 2030 dapat dikatakan memiliki progress yang menjanjikan dalam pelaksanaannya yang melibatkan para Lembaga kunci, mitra internasional, pemerintah daerah, mitra pelaksana, NGO / LSM bersangkutan di tahun ketiga strategi ini telah dimulai. / This study discusses the implementation of the IFNS 2030 strategy in addressing the Triple Planetary Crisis and the contribution of FOLU Net Sink 2030 in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in the Sustainable Environmental Development Pillar. The discussion in this study employs Environmentalism theory, which the researcher believes is the appropriate theoretical framework for analyzing the implementation of the FOLU Net Sink 2030 strategy in Indonesia. Furthermore this study also adopts the concept of Sustainable Development Goals to analyze data on the contribution of the FOLU Net Sink 2030 in focusing on achieving SDG targets in Indonesia. This study employs a descriptive qualitative analysis method, collecting secondary data from documents of the Forestry Sector Operation and Collaboration Center (FOLU COLL) at the Ministry of Forestry, as well as literature reviews comprising books, research journals, and articles related to global environmental issues in Indonesia, sustainable development goals in Indonesia, and the IFNS 2030 strategy. The results of this study found that the IFNS 2030 strategy serves as an appropriate solution to address the “Triple Planetary Crisis” in Indonesia. If this strategy is deemed successful in addressing global environmental issues, the IFNS 2030 strategy has also proven to make a significant contribution to achieving SDG targets in Indonesia. The IFNS 2030 strategy has shown promising progress in its implementation, involving key institutions, international partners, local governments, implementing partners, and relevant NGOs/CSOs in the third year since the strategy was initiated.
