Abstract

Globalisasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam struktur masyarakat di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Di samping berbagai manfaat yang diberikan, globalisasi juga turut mendorong munculnya fenomena negatif, salah satunya adalah kejahatan transnasional yakni judi online. ktivitas ini melibatkan taruhan uang dengan harapan memperoleh keuntungan, dan kini semakin populer di Indonesia. Kemudahan akses dan gencarnya iklan membuat banyak individu terlibat dalam praktik ini. Indonesia kini menjadi salah satu negara dengan jumlah pemain judi online terbanyak di dunia dan berpotensi meningkatkan angka kemiskinan, serta kriminalitas di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi keamanan siber yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia dalam menangani kejahatan siber yang berkaitan dengan judi online di era globalisasi dengan menggunakan konsep kejahatan transnasional, keamanan non￾tradisional (NTS), dan human security. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi keamanan siber Pemerintah Indonesia dalam menangani kejahatan siber terkait judi online di era globalisasi yaitu dengan adanya Memorandum of Understanding Indonesia dan Kamboja, kerjasama Interpol dan ASEANAPOL, Mutual Legal Assitance, serta pemblokiran situs dan rekening judi online di Indonesia / Globalization has brought significant changes in the structure of society throughout the world, including in Indonesia. In addition to the various benefits provided, globalization has also encouraged the emergence of negative phenomena, one of which is transnational crime, namely online gambling. This activity involves betting money in the hope of making a profit, and is now increasingly popular in Indonesia. Ease of access and intense advertising have made many individuals involved in this practice. Indonesia is now one of the countries with the largest number of online gambling players in the world and has the potential to increase poverty rates and crime in society. This study aims to analyze the cybersecurity strategy implemented by the Indonesian government in dealing with cybercrime related to online gambling in the era of globalization using the concepts of transnational crime, non-traditional security (NTS), and human security. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type and primary and secondary data. The results of the study show that the Indonesian government's cybersecurity strategy in dealing with cybercrime related to online gambling in the era of globalization is the Memorandum of Understanding between Indonesia and Cambodia, cooperation between Interpol and ASEANAPOL, Mutual Legal Assistance, and blocking online gambling sites and accounts in Indonesia.
