(2) Punishment has a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes based on a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a tcount of 5.415 > ttable of 1.967. (3) There is a significant positive effect of reward and punishment on student learning outcomes based on a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a calculated Fvalue of 76.420 > Ftable 3.025.
