Abstract

Kereta cepat Indonesia-China akan melengkapi ekosistem transportasi kereta api melalui potensi pertumbuhan ekonomi baru di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemilihan moda transportasi Kereta Cepat Indonesia-China (KCIC). Penelitian ini digunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, metode statistik untuk mengevaluasi, mengukur dan menganalisis respons masyarakat tentang berbagai aspek layanan. Metode ini memungkinkan pengujian objektif tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap kinerja kereta cepat di masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jumlah populasi 24.000 orang, ukuran sampel yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai margin kesalahan 10% adalah sekitar 100 responden. Data hasil jawaban kuesioner responden dianalisis menggunakan SPSS, kemudian dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan validitas. Analisis mendalam dilakukan menggunakan SPSS untuk mengetahui variabel apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan penumpang kereta cepat. Terdapat dua variabel yang memiliki kontribusi paling besar yaitu X1 (kereta cepat sudah melengkapi atribut kenyamanan) sebesar 41,75% dan variabel X2 (akses menuju stasiun kereta cepat mudah dijangkau) sebesar 55,48%. Sedangkan variabel X3 (keluhan pelanggan), X4 (waktu kedatangan dan keberangkatan), dan X5 (pelayanan sesuai kebutuhan) memiliki pengaruh yang minimal. Faktor penentu pemilihan kereta cepat Indonesia-China (KCIC) sebagai moda transportasi ditunjukkan dengan nilai eigen awal yang masing-masing variabel tersebut kurang dari 10%. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the choice of transportation mode for the Indonesia-China High-Speed Train (KCIC). This study uses a descriptive quantitative method using statistical methods to evaluate, measure, and analyze public responses to various aspects of service. This method allows objective testing of the level of user satisfaction with the performance of high-speed trains in the community. In this study, with a population of 24,000 people, the sample size needed to achieve a margin of error of 10% is around 100 respondents. The data from the respondents' questionnaire answers were analyzed using SPSS, and then reliability and validity tests were carried out. An in-depth analysis was carried out using SPSS to determine what variables affect the level of satisfaction of high-speed train passengers. There are two variables that have the largest contribution, namely X1 (the high-speed train has completed the comfort attribute) at 41.75% and variable X2 (access to the high-speed train station is easy to reach) at 55.48%. While variables X3 (customer complaints), X4 (arrival and departure times), and X5 (service according to needs) have minimal influence. The determining factors for selecting the Indonesia-China high-speed train (KCIC) as a mode of transportation are indicated by the initial eigenvalue of each variable being less than 10%.
