Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelajahi pembelajaran inklusif di Sekolah Lapang Cirau Bogor untuk mengatasi tantangan kemajemukan di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, hasil menunjukkan anggota Sekolah Lapang memahami pentingnya jiwa nasionalis dalam semangat Bhineka Tunggal Ika. SL PDIP Cariu Bogor, tanpa memandang status sosial, ras, atau keyakinan, menerapkan pembinaan spiritual dan karakter berbasis Pancasila. Meskipun belum merinci kurikulum, SL PDIP Cariu Bogor telah mengimplementasikan kerangka konseptual melalui pelatihan peternakan, perikanan, pertanian, dan budidaya jamur, bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan desa untuk mandiri ekonomi. Pendidikan multikultural di SL PDIP Cariu Bogor menjadi instrumen rekayasa sosial, membentuk sikap inklusif dan kesadaran multikultural, serta membangun kembali semangat kebangsaan, solidaritas, toleransi, dan kerjasama dalam masyarakat majemuk.Frasakunci: model pembelajaran;Pendidikan Agama Kristen;masyarakat majemuk / This research explores inclusive learning at the Cirau Bogor Field School to address the challenges of diversity in Indonesia. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method, the results indicate that members of the Field School understand the importance of a nationalist spirit within the spirit of Bhineka Tunggal Ika. SL PDIP Cariu Bogor, regardless of social status, race, or beliefs, implements spiritual andcharacter guidance based on Pancasila. Although a detailed curriculum is not yet in place, SL PDIP Cariu Bogor has implemented a conceptual framework through training in livestock, fisheries, agriculture, and mushroom cultivation, aiming to enhance village knowledge for economic self-sufficiency. Multicultural education at SL PDIP Cariu Bogor serves as an instrument for social engineering, shaping inclusive attitudes and multicultural awareness, and rebuilding the spirit of nationalism, solidarity, tolerance, and cooperation in a diverse society.Keyphrases:learning model;Christian Religious Education;plural society.
