Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap literasi membaca sekolah di Kecamatan Kabola Kabupaten Alor; 2) Pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap literasi membaca sekolah di Kecamatan Kabola Kabupaten Alor; 3) Pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap literasi membaca sekolah di Kecamatan Kabola Kabupaten Alor. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sekolah menengah atas yang berada di wilayah kecamatan kabola kabupaten alor provinsi Nusa Tenggara timur dengan responden sebanyak 68 orang. Penelitian ini mencakup tiga variabel yaitu variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1), variabel budaya sekolah (X2), dan variabel literasi membaca sekolah (Y). pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket tertutup untuk selanjutnya dilakukan analisis validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji prasayarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan literasi membaca sekolah di Kecamatan Kabola Kabupaten Alor dengan pengaruh sebesar 48,90%; 2) terdapat pengaruh antara budaya sekolah dengan literasi membaca sekolah di Kecamatan Kabola Kabupaten Alor dengan pengaruh sebesar 12,00%; 3) terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap literasi membaca sekolah di Kecamatan Kabola Kabupaten Alor dengan diperoleh pengaruh sebesar 52,6%. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Budaya Sekolah, Literasi Membaca Sekolah. / This research aims to determine: 1) The influence of school principal leadership on school reading literacy in Kabola District, Alor Regency; 2) The influence of school culture on school reading literacy in Kabola District, Alor Regency; 3) The combined influence of school principal leadership and school culture on school reading literacy in Kabola District, Alor Regency. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a correlational method. The population in this study is senior high schools located in Kabola District, Alor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, with 68 respondents. This study covers three variables: school principal leadership variable (X1), school culture variable (X2), and school reading literacy variable (Y). Data was collected using a closed-ended questionnaire, followed by validity and reliability analysis. Pre-analysis tests used normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. Then the data was analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression techniques. The results of the study showed that: 1) there is an influence between school principal leadership and school reading literacy in Kabola District, Alor Regency with an influence of 48.90%; 2) there is an influence between school culture and school reading literacy in Kabola District, Alor Regency with an influence of 12.00%; 3) there is a combined influence between school principal leadership and school culture on school reading literacy in Kabola District, Alor Regency with an influence of 52.6%.
