Abstract

Penelitian ini mengghasilkan penyusunan strategi dan desain struktur bangunan Elderly Housing yang dapat memberikan tempat bagi lansia dengan menyediakan fasilitas utama dan tambahan yang memadai, sambil mempertimbangkan aspek kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi mereka. Mengadakan kegiatan pengembangan diri bagi lansia untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan kreativitas mereka dalam mengembangakan bakat yang dimiliki oleh para lansia dan mampu menjaminkan pelayanan dalam aspek kesehatan dan keamanan kepada para lansia sehingga para lansia akan nyaman dan aman. Elderly Housing dirancang khusus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lansia, agar para lansia dapat melakukan berbagai aktivitas dengan lebih aman dan nyaman. Arsitektur perilaku adalah pendekatan arsitektur yang mempertimbangkan aspek perilaku dalam proses perancangan. Fokusnya adalah pada hubungan antara perilaku manusia dan lingkungan sekitarnya. sehingga konsep desain perilaku pada Elderly Housing dapat menjadi solusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan lansia agar aktivitas menjadi lebih produktif. Penerapan tema desain perancangan Elderly Housing Arsitektur di jakarta adalah Arsitektur perilaku memiliki keterkaitan yang kuat dengan prinsip-prinsip yang menekankan perhatian pada kondisi dan perilaku lansia (pensiunan). Tematik arsitektur perilaku ini juga berpedoman agar perancangan elderly housing dapat berinteraksi dengan pengguna dan lingkungan, sehingga aktivitas penghuni menjadi lebih nyaman, aman, serta memenuhi nilai estetika dan keseimbangan desain. / This research resulted in the formulation of a strategy and design for the Elderly Housing building structure that can provide a place for the elderly by providing adequate primary and additional facilities, while considering the aspects of comfort and safety for them. Holding self-development activities for the elderly to increase their activeness and creativity in developing the talents possessed by the elderly and being able to guarantee services in terms of health and safety to the elderly so that the elderly will be comfortable and safe. Elderly Housing is specifically designed to meet the needs of the elderly, so that the elderly can carry out various activities more safely and comfortably. Behavioral architecture is an architectural approach that considers behavioral aspects in the design process. The focus is on the relationship between human behavior and the surrounding environment. so that the concept of behavioral design in Elderly Housing can be a solution to meet the needs of the elderly so that activities become more productive. The application of the design theme for the Elderly Housing Architecture design in Jakarta is Behavioral architecture which has a strong relationship with principles that emphasize attention to the conditions and behavior of the elderly (retirees). This behavioral architecture theme is also guided so that the design of elderly housing can interact with users and the environment, so that the activities of residents become more comfortable, safe, and meet the aesthetic value and balance of design."
