Abstract
Pulau Sebira merupakan salah satu pulau terluar Kabupaten Administratif Kepulauan Seribu berada dibawah Kecamatan Kepulauan Seribu Utara Kelurahan Pulau Harapan dengan luas 8,83 Ha dan dihuni penduduk ± 662 jiwa dari 180 KK. Jarak Pulau dari Daratan Jakarta Sebira ± 119 km dan terpencil dari gugusan Kepulauan Seribu sehingga belum ada pasokan sumber listrik dari PLN. Eletrifikasi Pulau Sebira pada malam hari bersumber dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Diesel (PLTD) dan pada siang hari dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS). Pada penelitian oleh peneliti sebelumnya, dihasilkan kebutuhan energi listrik Pulau Sebira sebesar 1240,32 kWh/ hari dan pembangunan PLTS dengan kapasitas 400 kWp dapat menghasilkan energi 676345 kWh/ tahun sehingga mencukupi kebutuhan listrik selama 1 x 24 jam. Pada penelitian ini hasil analisis performansi PLTS untuk elektrifikasi Pulau Sebira dengan cara membandingkan Performance Ratio (PR) secara riil dengan hasil simulasi menggunakan software PVsyst Versi 7.2.4. terjadi perbedaan PR sebesar 13,7% < PR hasil simulasi. Integrasi antara kedua Pembangkit listrik masih secara manual dan dibawah kendali institusi yang berbeda. Kata Kunci: Performansi Ratio, Elektrifikasi, PLTS, PLTD, Integrasi sistem. / Sebira Island is one of the outer islands of the Thousand Islands Administrative District, under the Districts of North Seribu Islands, Pulau Harapan Village with an area of 8.83 hectares and inhabited by a population of ± 662 people from 180 families. The island's distance from the mainland of Jakarta to Sebira Island is ± 119 km and is a remote area among the Thousand Islands group so that there is no electricity supply from PLN. The electrification of Sebira Island at night comes from a Diesel Power Plant (PLTD) and during the day from a Solar Power Plant (PLTS). In previous works done by other researchers, the electricity demand for Sebira Island is 1240.32 kWh/day and the construction of PLTS with a capacity of 400 kWp can produce energy of 676345 kWh/year so that it can meet the electricity needs for 1 x 24 hours. In this study, the results of the PLTS performance analysis for the electrification of Sebira Island by comparing the Performance Ratio (PR) in real terms with the simulation results using PVsyst software Version 7.2.4. has a difference in PR of 13.7% < PR simulation results.
