Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana strategi komunikasi SAPMA PP Komisariat UKI dalam meningkatkan citra. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori ataupun konsep dari Cangara, yang menjelaskan bahwa strategi komunikasi adalah kombinasi yang tebaik dari semua elemen komunikasi mulai dari komunikator, pesan, saluran, penerima sampai pada pengaruh yang dirancang untuk mencapai tujuan komunikasi yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan wawancara kepada empat informan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling serta menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme. Dengan menggunakan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Secara singkatnya perencanaan adalah proses dimana sebelum terjadinya sebuah program-program yang dilakukan oleh SAPMA PP Komisariat UKI, sedangkan pelaksanaan adalah proses program-program yang sedang terlaksana oleh SAPMA PP Komisariat UKI. Dan yang terakhir adalah tahap evaluasi, pada tahap ini adalah evaluasi kinerja dari setiap anggota dan kader serta program yang dilaksanakan. Selanjutnya teori citra dalam penelitian ini dikarenakan adanya pandangan buruk dari masyarakat terhadap SAPMA PP Komisariat UKI. / This study aims to determine the extent to which SAPMA PP UKI Commissariat's communication strategy improves image. The theory used in this study is a theory or concept from Cangara, which explains that a communication strategy is the best combination of all communication elements, from communicators, messages, channels, receivers to influences designed to achieve optimal communication goals. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method using interviews with four selected informants using a purposive sampling technique and using the constructivism paradigm. By using planning, implementation, and evaluation. In short, planning is a process where before the occurrence of a program carried out by SAPMA PP UKI Commissariat, while implementation is the process of programs being carried out by SAPMA PP UKI Commissariat. And the last is the evaluation stage, at this stage is the performance evaluation of each member and cadre and the programs implemented. Furthermore, the image theory in this study is due to the bad view of the community towards the UKI Commissariat SAPMA PP
