Abstract

I dan Tn. F, menghasilkan penurunan gejala halusinasi setelah masa intervensi selama tiga hari baik pada Ny. I maupun Mr. F. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan terapi menggambar berpotensi memitigasi gejala halusinasi yang ditunjukkan Ny. I dan Tn. F. / Hallucinations represent a mental disorder that impairs an individual's capacity to differentiate between real and non-real perceptions. If hallucinations are not treated promptly, they can have other consequences, including violent behavior, an increased risk of suicide, impaired social interaction, and impaired verbal and nonverbal communication. The objective of this paper is to present the potential benefits of drawing therapy for patients diagnosed with auditory hallucinations, a sensory perception disorder. The case study methodology was employed to collect data through observation, interviews, documentation, and the use of case study instruments in the format of nursing care and occupational intervention, with the case studies of Mrs. I and Mr. F. The results demonstrated a reduction in hallucinatory symptoms following the three-day intervention period for both Mrs. I and Mr. F. It can be concluded that the implementation of drawing therapy has the potential to mitigate the hallucinatory symptoms exhibited by Mrs. I and Mr. F.
