Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) Mengidentifikasi model pembelajaran Tipe STAD yang mempengaruhi Prestasi Belajar Kimia, 2) Mengidentifikasi motivasi belajar dapat meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik, 3) Mengidentifikasi model pembelajaran Tipe STAD dan motivasi belajar agar dapat meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Kimia. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel diperoleh dari Guru Kimia yang ada di Toraja Utara. Data diperoleh melalui instrumen penelitian berupa kuisioner. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan : 1) Adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD dengan Prestasi Siswa dengan nilai koefisien determinasi dari kedua variabel itu senilai 0,600 atau 60%, 2) Adanya pengaruh positif dari Motivasi Belajar terhadap Pestasi Siswa dengan nilai nilai koefisien regresi variabel Motivasi Belajar (X2) senilai 0,691 atau 69,1%, 3) Terlihat adanya pengaruh kolektif dari Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif dengan Tipe STAD dan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajaar Kimia di SMA Kabupaten Toraja Utara dengan nilai p (sig) = 0,001, yang menunjukkan bahwa Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD bersama dengan Motivasi Belajar memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada prestasi belajar para siswa pada mata pelajaran kimia. Kata kunci : Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD, Motivasi, Prestasi. / The objectives of this study are to 1) identify the STAD Cooperative Learning Modelaffecting Chemistry Learning Achievement, 2) identify the learning motivation that can improve students' achievement, and 3) identify the STAD Cooperative Learning Model and learning motivation to improve Chemistry Learning Achievement. The research method used in this study is quantitative research method. The sample was obtained from Chemistry Teachers in North Toraja. Data were collected through a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between the STAD Cooperative Learning Model and Student Achievement with a coefficient of determination of both variables amounting to 0.600 or 60%, 2) There is a positive influence of Learning Motivation on Student Achievement with a regression coefficient value of Learning Motivation variable (X2) amounting to 0.691 or 69.1%, 3) There is a collective influence of the STAD Cooperative Learning Model and Learning Motivation on Chemistry Learning Achievement in Senior High Schools in North Toraja Regency with a p-value (sig) = 0.001, indicating that the STAD Cooperative Learning Model along with Learning Motivation significantly affects students' learning achievement in chemistry.
