Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara Peraturan A-Z Teacher Information dan Pelatihan Guru Terhadap Mutu Guru di SMA Victory Plus serta seberapa besar pengaruh hubungan antara variabelvariabel yang ada. Waktu penelitian Februari-Mei 2018. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian adalah 30 orang guru dan 30 orang siswa SMA Victory Plus. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 1) adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan tingkat hubungan kuat antara Peraturan A-Z Teacher Information (X1) dengan Mutu Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,685 dan koefisien determinasi 0,469. 2) adanya hubungan yang positif dengan tingkat hubungan kuat antara Pelatihan Guru (X2) dengan Mutu Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi 0,723 dan koefisien determinasi 0,523. 3) ada hubungan positif dengan tingkat hubungan kuat antara Peraturan A-Z Teacher Information (X1) dan Pelatihan Guru (X2) dengan Mutu Guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi ganda 0,754 dan koefisien determinasi 0,569. Jadi, mutu guru akan meningkat bila ada peningkatan pada 1) pelaksanaan peraturan A-Z Teacher Information, 2) Pelatihan Guru, 3) memaksimalkan Pelatihan Guru dan pelaksanaan peraturan A-Z Teacher Information Kata Kunci : Mutu Guru, Peraturan, dan Pelatihan Guru. / The purpose of this research is to find out the relation between Regulation of A-Z Teacher Information and Teacher Training on Teacher Quality in SMA Victory Plus and how big is the influences of the variables. This research was conducted in February-May 2018. This is a survey research with correlation analysis. The sample populations are 30 teachers and 30 students of Victory Plus High School. The result of this research can be concluded that 1) There is a positive and significant relation with level of strong relation between Regulation of A-Z Teacher Information (X1) with Quality of Teacher (Y) with correlation coefficient 0,685 and the coefficient of determination 0.469. 2) there is a positive relationship with the level of strong relationship between Teacher Training (X2) with Teacher Quality (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0.723 and the coefficient of determination 0,523. 3) there is a positive relation with the level of strong relationship between the A-Z Teacher Information (X1) and Teacher Training (X2) with Teacher Quality (Y) when tested together. The double correlation coefficient of 0,754 and the coefficient of determination is 0,569. Based on that, teacher quality will increase if there are improvements in 1) implementation of A-Z Teacher Information Regulation, 2) Teacher Training, 3) maximize Teacher Training and implement A-Z Teacher Information Regulation Keywords: Teacher Quality, Rules and Teacher Training
