Abstract

Peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru melalui pelatihan media pembelajaran merupakan satu langkah penting dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia secara umum dan di Sekolah Dasar pada Yayasan Santa Lusia Virgini secara khusus. Sehubungan dengan itu, tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan kompetensi profesional dan pelatihan media pembelajaran terhadap pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan 93 orang guru sebagai responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan survey online dengan aplikasi googleform. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling jenis purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis untuk menginterpretasi hasil penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan Aplikasi SPSS version 26 For Windows. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat hubungan kompetensi profesional dengan pembelajaran online termasuk kategori korelasi kuat, nilai korelasi diperoleh sebesar 0.755, dan tingkat hubungan pelatihan media pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran online termasuk kategori korelasi sedang, nilai korelasi diperoleh sebesar 0.601. Selanjutnya kompetensi profesional dengan pembelajaran online setelah dimasukkan pelatihan media pembelajaran sebagai variabel kontrol tampak dengan jelas bahwa terjadi penurunan namun tetap bernilai positif dan masuk dalam kategori korelasi sedang, nilai korelasi diperoleh sebesar 0.631. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan dan peningkatan program pelatihan media pembelajaran pada kegiatan pembelajaran online. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Profesional, Pelatihan Media dan Pembelajaran Online. / Improvement of the professional competence of teachers through learning media training is an important step in repairing and developing the quality of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia in general and in elementary schools at the Santa Lucia Virgini Foundation in particular. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between professional competence and learning media training on online learning programs. This research was conducted, involving 93 teachers as a respondence with data collection techniques using online surveys with the googleform application. The sampling technique utilized is a non-probability sampling one which is a type of purposive sampling. The data obtained were analyzed to interpret the results of the study. The data were analyzed with the help of SPSS version 26 for Windows Applications. The results of the study indicate a strong relationship between professional competence and online learning with the correlation value of 0.755, and there is also a moderate relationship between learning media training and online learning with a correlation value of 0.601. Furthermore, there is a moderate correlation between professional competence and online learning when learning media training was included as a control variable. Although slightly decreasing, there is still a positive value with the correlation value of 0.631. This study is suggestive of strengthening and improving learning media training programs in online learning activities. Keywords: Professional Competence, Media Training and Online Learning
