Abstract

Secondary Processing Department adalah bagian akhir dari proses manufacturing rokok dengan permesinan atau yang disebut dengan Sigaret Kretek Mesin (SKM). Banyak faktor yang menjadi indicator keberhasilan department ini seperti Tobacco Yield, Energy Saving, 5S, Safety, dan yang paling menentukan adalah Uptime. Dalam metodelogi Total Productive Maintenance Uptime di kenal sebagai OEE ( Overall Equipment Effectiveness), dalam usaha pencapaian uptime ini terdapat 2 hal yang berpengaruh yaitu pengoperasian dan maintenance mesin produksi. Dari 2 hal tersebut yang menjadi latar belakang pengamatan adalah metode maintenance yang mengacu pada historikal mesin selama berproduksi. Analisa berupa perubahan metode perawatan yang sebelumnya menggunakan referensi OEM (PM 2500 Working hours dan PM 5000 Working hours) yang disusun oleh tim maintenance dan engineering dari Plant di Pandaan, Jawa Timur menjadi metode perawatan CBM ( Condition Based Maintenance ) berdasar sejarah kerusakan dan penggantian part yang telah disusun dalam database tahun sebelumnya. Target pencapaian akhir tahun 2012 adalah reability mesin pada angka 70 % yang pada tahun sebelumnya adalah 68 %. Condition Based Maintenance mengacu pada Reliability Centered Maintenance yaitu proses maintenance yang bertujuan memperoleh MTBF (Mean Time Be Failure) yang lama dengan melakukan predictive dan preventive maintenance berdasar pada sejarah kerusakan dan penggantian spare part. Proses pengamatan dilakukan selama bulan Januari - Juni 2012 pada mesin cigarette packer GD X2 buatan GD Machina Italia tahun pembuatan 1995/1996 dengan lokasi disebuah pabrik rokok di Karawang Barat yaitu Link Up 2.7. / Secondary Processing Department is the final part of the process of the engineering or manufacturing cigarettes called Sigaret Kretek Mesin (SKM). Many factors have to be an indicator of success this department as Tobacco Yield, Energy Saving, 5S, Safety, and the most decisive was Uptime. In Total Productive Maintenance Uptime methodology known as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), the achievement of business uptime, there are two factor that affect that are the operation and maintenance of production machinery. From that factor, method that refers to the historical maintenance machine during production will be the based of the observation The analysis in the form of changes in treatment methods previously used reference OEM (PM 2500 Working Hours and PM 5000 Working hours) that made by maintenance and engineering of Pandaan Plant in East Java replace with a method of maintenance of CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) based on the history of damage and replacement parts that have been database compiled in the previous year. Target achievement of late 2012 was machine reliable at the 70% rate in the previous year was 68%. Condition Based Maintenance Reliability Centered Maintenance refers to the maintenance process aimed at obtaining MTBF (Mean Time Be Failure) long by performing predictive and preventive maintenance based on the history of the damages and replacement of spare parts. The process of observations made during the month from January to June 2012 on machine-made cigarette packer GD X2 Machina Italy in manufacturing 1995/1996 with the location at cigarette factory in West Karawang the Link Up 2.7.
