Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kesulitan Keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, Kesulitan Keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan Tata kelola perusahaan yang baik sebagai variabel moderasi, profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan Tata kelola perusahaan yang baik sebagai variabel moderasi dan solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan Tata kelola perusahaan yang baik sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022 berjumlah 30 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yang menghasilkan 17 sampel selama tahun 2018-2022. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diambil melalui teknik dokumentasi yang terdiri dari annual report perusahaan makanan dan minuman tahun 2018- 2022. Metode analisis data penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fianancial distress berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, solvabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, hasil uji residual menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan Tata kelola perusahaan yang baik tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Kesulitan Keuangan, profitabilitas dan solvabilitas dengan nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: Tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, Profitabilitas, solvabilitas, Tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. / This study aims to examine the effect of financial distress on firm value, profitability on firm value, solvency on firm value financial distress on firm value with good corporate governance as a moderating variable, profitability on firm value with good corporate governance as a moderating variable and solvency on value. companies with good corporate governance as a moderating variable. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 totaling 30 companies. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive sampling method which produced 17 samples during 2018-2022. The data used is secondary data taken through documentation techniques consisting of annual reports of food and beverage companies for 2018- 2022. The data analysis method of this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial distress has a negative effect on firm value, profitability has a positive effect on firm value, solvency has a positive effect on firm value, the residual test results show that disclosure of good corporate governance yang baik is not able to moderate the relationship between financial distress, profitability and solvency with firm value.
