Abstract

Letak geografis Indonesia yang di lalui jalur tiga lempengan tektonik dunia yaitu Lempeng IndoAustralia, Lempeng Eurasia dan Lempeng Pasifik sehingga berpotensi gempa bumi hampir di seluruh titik-titik wilayah Indonesia. Bencana gempa bumi menimbulkan kerusakan pada bangunan. Ada dua pendekatan yang digunakan untuk memperhitungkan beban gempa yaitu dengan analisis statik ekivalen dan analisis dinamik (ragam respons spektrum dan ragam riwayat waktu). Pada gedung bertingkat analisis dinamik diperlukan untuk bangunan tidakberaturan. Struktur yang ditinjau pada penelitian ini adalah dua bangunan gedung masing-masing 18 lantai (termasuk 3 lantai basement) dan 15 lantai (tanpa memakai basement). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respons dinamik gedung ditinjau dari displacement, gaya-gaya dalam dan base shear dengan metode analisis respons spektrum. Pemodelan dan dan proses perhitungan dilakukan dengan bantuan program ETABS V.9.7. Perencanaan ketahanan gempa mengacu kepada SNI 1726:2012. Dari hasil analisis diketahui nilai simpangan lantai maksimum, gaya geser dasar dan gaya-gaya dalam maksimum pada gedung yang memakai basement lebih besar daripada gedung tanpa basement. Kedua model gedung juga memenuhi kriteria kinerja batas layan dan batas ultimit gedung. Kata kunci : simpangan lantai, gaya geser dasar, respons spektrum, gaya-gaya dalam. / The geographical position of Indonesia that traversed the path the world is three tectonic plates Indo-Australian Plate, the Eurasian Plate and the Pacific Plate so the potential earthquake in almost all points of Indonesia. The earthquake caused damage to buildings. Two approaches are used to calculate the seismic load is the equivalent static analysis and dynamic analysis (spectrum and a wide range of response time history). In the multi-storey building dynamic analysis is required for irregular buildings. Structures that are reviewed in this study are two buildings each of 18 floors (including 3 basement floors) and 15 floors (without a basement). This study aims to determine the dynamic response of buildings in terms of displacement, internal forces and base shear response spectrum analysis method. And process modeling and computation is performed with the aid V.9.7 ETABS program. Planning earthquake resistance refers to the ISO 1726: 2012. From the analysis of the known value of the maximum deviation of the floor, the base shear force and maximum forces in the building basement wear larger than a building without a basement. Both models also building appropriate performance criteria limits of serviceability and ultimate limit of the building. Keywords : displacements, base shear, response spectrum, internal forces.
