Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ekperimental. Variabel dari penelitian ini ada dua yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Variabel bebasnya adalah variasi styrofoam 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% dari kebutuhan agregat halus, variasi tempurung kelapa 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% dari kebutuhan agregat kasar dan variasi SAS BON 105 10% dari kebutuhan volume air. Sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah berat jenis dan kuat tekan beton. Mutu beton rencana 22,5 Mpa dan diuji pada umur 28 hari. Dari hasil pengujian, yang memenuhi standar (SNI 03-3449-2002) adalah beton dengan persentase tempurung kelapa 20% dan styrofoam 20% serta Penambahan SAS BON 105 A 10%. Kuat tekan didapat 17,25 Mpa, dan Berat Jenis didapat 1724,46 kg/m3 . Artinya Kuat tekan yang didapat dari hasil pengujian lebih kuat 0,3% dari kuat tekan standar (SNI 03- 3449-2002). Dan berat jenis yang didapat dari hasil pengujian lebih ringan 6,8% dari berat jenis standar (SNI 03-3449-2002). Kata Kunci: Beton Ringan, Styrofoam, Tempurung Kelapa, Zat Adiktif, Kuat Tekan Beton. / This research is an experimental research. Variable from this research there are two that is independent variable and dependent variable. The independent variables are styrofoam variation 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% of fine aggregate requirement, variation of coconut shell 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% of rough aggregate requirement and variation of SAS BON 105 10% of the water volume requirement. While the dependent variable is the specific gravity and compressive strength of concrete. The quality of concrete is 22.5 MPa and tested at 28 days. From the test results, which meet the standards (SNI 03-3449-2002) is a concrete with a percentage of 20% coconut shell and 20% styrofoam and Addition of SAS BON 105 A 10%. The compressive strength is 17.25 MPa, and the Specific Weight is 1724.46 kg / m3. This means that the strength of the press obtained from the test results is stronger 0.3% of the standard compressive strength (SNI 03-3449-2002). And the specific gravity obtained from the lighter test is 6.8% of the standard density (SNI 03-3449-2002).
