Abstract

Struktur gedung tidak beraturan memiliki resiko timbulnya deformasi atau keruntuhan yang lebih besar pada saat terjadi pergoyangan struktur akibat gerakan tanah saat gempa. Maka dari itu penelitian ini akan meninjau bagaimana kinerja struktur tidak beraturan yang memiliki karakteristik ketidakberaturan vertikal tipe 3, yaitu ketidakberaturan geometri vertikal yang mengacu pada standar SNI 03-1726- 2012. Struktur akan dianalisis secara statik maupun dinamik, baik analisis respon spektrum maupun analisis riwayat waktu menggunakan program SAP2000 V14. Struktur gedung memiliki ketinggian yang sama namun dibedakan berdasarkan tingkat kekakuan dan gedung dimodelkan dalam 3 model. Parameter yang akan ditinjau dalam analisis respon seismik ini adalah perioda fundamental (fundamental period), gaya geser dasar (base shear), dan simpangan antar lantai (drift). Dari hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa bangunan model (1) merupakan struktur yang paling lemah dalam menahan gaya gempa tapi juga merupakan struktur yang paling elastis. Sedangkan bangunan model (3) merupakan struktur yang paling baik dalam menahan gaya gempa sehingga bangunan tidak mudah mengalami deformasi dan perpindahan. Kata kunci: analisis statik ekivalen, analisis dinamik respon spektrum, analisis riwayat waktu, ketidakberaturan vertikal. / Irregular building structures have a risk of deformation or greater collapse during structural shaking due to ground motion during an earthquake. Therefore this study will review how the irregular structure performance has the characteristic vertical irregularities of type 3, namely the irregularity of vertical geometry which refers to the SNI 03-1726-2012 standard. The structure will be analyzed both statically and dynamically, both spectrum response analysis and time history analysis using the SAP2000 V14 program. The building structure has the same height but is distinguished by the level of stiffness and the building is modeled in 3 models. The parameters that will be reviewed in this seismic response analysis are the fundamental period, base shear, and drift. From the results of the analysis it was found that the model building (1) was the weakest structure in resisting earthquake forces but also the most elastic structure. While the model building (3) is the best structure in resisting earthquake forces so that buildings are not easily deformed and displaced.
