Abstract

Sistem dari proses cleaning terdiri dari sebuah tangga yang bisa digerakkan di kedua sisi pada setiap condenser street. Manifold yang mendistribusikan air ditempatkan pada tangga dan nozzle melakukan spray pada manifold. Pompa terdiri dari 2 piston pompa air yang digerakkan oleh satu motor yang dipasang di dekat kondenser. Termasuk juga isolation valves pada bagian pipa menuju flexibel connection. Pengoperasian cleaning biasanya dilakukan saat shut down plant. Tapi, jika dibutuhkan proses cleaning bisa dilakukan saat unit sedang beroperasi. Tergantung pada suhunya (kurang dari atau lebih dari 45°C) saat beroperasi. Proses itu saat ini dilakukan secara manual yang mana beresiko. Karena suhu yang terdapat di condenser street cukup panas sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dan human error. Karena itu dibutuhkan proses cleaning secara otomatis untuk meminimalkan semua itu. Kata kunci : Cleaning, Finned tube, tangga, preventive maintenance. / System of cleaning proccess consist of movable ladder both side of every condenser street. Manifold that distributing water installed at ladder and nozzle sprays from manifold. Pump consist of 2 piston water pump that moved by one motor installed near condenser. Include isolation valves at piping section to flexibel connection. Cleaning operation is preferably performed during shut down plant, but, if required cleaning proccess can be done during unit operation. Depending to temperature (lower from or more than 45°C) when operation. The proccess is operated manually which mean it risked. Because the temperature at condenser street is heat enough so i tis possibly causing accident and human error. Because of that automatic cleaning process is required to minimize it all.
