Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pasien stroke yang meninggal di RSU UKI Jakarta pada tahun 2017. Data penelitian diambil secara retrospektif dari rekam medik pada periode Januari - Desember 2017. Sampel terdiri atas seluruh pasien stroke yang meninggal di RSU UKI Jakarta tahun 2017 sebanyak 16 orang. Rentang usia 35-83 tahun, terbanyak di atas 60 tahun (62,5%), sebanyak 81,3% laki – laki dengan riwayat pendidikan terakhir SMA sebanyak 62,5%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kematian pasien stroke di RSU UKI pada tahun 2017 sebagian besar didasari oleh kondisi pasien, yaitu stroke hemoragik disertai hipertensi dengan tekanan darah sistolik di atas 140 mmHg. Kata kunci : stroke, kematian, faktor risiko. / This study aims to determine stroke patients who died in UKI General Hospital Jakarta on 2017. Data was taken retrospectively from medical records between January - December 2017. The sample consisted of all patients who died in UKI General Hospital Jakarta on 2017, totally 16 patients ranging from 35 to 83 years of age. Most were above 60 years (62,5%), males (81,3%) and graduating from high school 62,5%. The prominent reasons of death among the stroke patients were haemorrhagic stroke with hypertension (systolic blood pressure above 140 mmHg). Keywords: stroke, death, risk factor.
