Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang karakteristik pasien preeklampsia di RSUD Praya Lombok Tengah Tahun 2018 dengan melihat data rekam medis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif retrospektif. Sampel terdiri atas semua pasien preeklampsia RSUD Praya Lombok Tengah yang terdiagnosis preeklampsia dalam periode 1 Januari-31 Desesember 2018. Dilakukan analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat crosstabulasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ibu hamil dengan preeklampsia sebanyak 170 dengan preeklampsia ringan (PER) sebanyak 21 orang dan preeklampsia berat (PEB) sebanyak 149 orang. Karakteristik pasien preeklampsia sebagian besar dari kelompok umur 20-35 tahun 58,2%, wanita dengan multigravida (68,2%), pada wanita multipara dan nullipara (33,5%), tidak memiliki riwayat abortus (82,9%), umur kehamilan > 37 minggu (86,5%), dengan janin tunggal (98,2%), dengan tindakan persalinan normal (54,7%), hasil keluaran maternal hidup (95,9%), dengan apgar skor 7-10 (91,8%). Kata kunci: Preeklampsia berat, preeklampsia ringan, RSUD Praya. / This thesis discusses the characteristics of preeclampsia patients in RSUD Praya Lombok Tengah in 2018 by looking at medical record journal. This research uses descriptive retrospective method. The sample consists of all preeclampsia patients in RSUD Praya Lombok Tengah diagnosed with preeclampsia within the specific period of 1 January to 31 December 2018. The analysis done by univariate and bivariate crosstabulation. The results shows that there are some in total 170 pregnant women and 21 people with mild preeclampsia (PER), and 149 people with severe preeclampsia (PEB). The characteristics of preeclampsia patients mostly from age of 20 to 35 years old, 58.2%, women with multigravida (68.2%), women with multiparous and nulliparous (33.5%), women who did not have a previous abortion history (82.9%), women with gestational age of more than 37 weeks (86.5%), with a single fetus (98.2%), with normal childbirth treatment (54.7%), maternal cardiac output (95.9%), with apgar score of 7-10 (91.8%).
