Abstract

Angka kematian ibu merupakan salah satu indikator dalam menentukan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Penyebab utama kematian ibu adalah adanya perdarahan, hipertensi, infeksi, partus lama, dan penyebab lainnya, Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat masih memerlukan perbaikan kesehatan yang bersifat menyeluruh dan berkualitas. Target MDGs pada tahun 2015 yaitu102 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup, namun masih ada beberapa kecamatan yang tercatat memiliki AKI melebihi target MDGs. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah melakukan berbagai macam upaya untuk menurunkan angka kematian ibu, salah satu caranya yaitu dengan program EMAS dan P4K. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku ibu usia 25-35 tahun mengenai ANC atau Antenatal Caredi Puskesmas Kelurahan Malaka Jaya. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Deskriptif dengan jumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebagian besar ibu memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup baik yaitu (64%), sikap yang dimiliki ibu sebagian besar baik (54%), dan perilaku ibu terhadap ANC sebagian besar baik (73%). Disarankan kepada ibu agar meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku terhadap ANC serta mengikuti penyuluhan yang di adakan oleh petugas kesehatan. Kata Kunci: Antenatal Care, Pengetahuan, Perilaku, Sikap. / The rate maternal mortality is one of the indicator in determining the degree of public health. The main causes of maternal mortality are bleeding, hypertension, infection, long childbirth, and other causes. This case shows that the ability to provide the health services to the community still requires the improvement which are comprehensive and qualified. The MDGs target in 2015 is 102 per 100,000 live births, nevertheless there are several number of sub-districts that have recorded the rate maternal mortality to exceed the MDGs target. Consequently, the government made various efforts to reduce the rate maternal mortality, one of the ways is through the EMAS and P4K programs. The research aimed to find out the mom’s knowledge, attitude, and behavior age 25-35 years about ANC or Antenatal Care in the community health center of Malaka Jaya village. The type of this research was descriptive with the number of 100 respondent that was determined by using purposive sampling technique and using the quitionnaire. The result showed that mostly the mother's knowledge was sufficient (64%), mostly the attitude good (54%) that mothers have, and mother's behavior towards ANC was mostly good (73%). Mom was suggested in order to increase the knowledge, attitude, and behavior toward ANC and joining the counseling that was held by the health employee.
