Abstract
Toilet yang merupakan salah satu alat sanitasi vital dapat menjadi salah satu sumber infeksi. Toilet seringkali terkontaminasi dengan mikroba yang berasal dari kulit, urin, dan feses manusia dan dapat menyebabkan penyakit infeksi. Penelitian ini mencoba menyajikan pola bakteri pada dudukan toilet lantai 5 dan 6 Gedung Graha William Soeryadjaya Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Kristen Indonesia 2020. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif. Dari 31 sampel, ditemukan bakteri Streptobacil (25,8%), Enterobacter (7%), Staphylococcus aureus (19,4%), Escherichia coli (19,4%), dan Staphylococcus epidermidis (4%). Kata kunci: Dudukan Toilet, Bakteri. / Toilet is one of the vital sanitation that can become source of infection. Toilet is usually contaminated with bacterias from human skin, urine, and human feces and can cause infection. This study tries to present a pattern of toilet seat bacterias in the 5th and 6th floor of Graha William Soeryadjaya building in Faculty of Medicine Christian University of Indonesia. This research method is descriptive. Results show that out of 31 samples, there were bacterias found such as Streptobacil (25,8%), Enterobacter (7%), Staphylococcus aureus (19,4%), Escherichia coli (19,4%), and Staphylococcus epidermidis (4%).
