Abstract

Tuberculosis Paru adalah suatu penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, yang dapat menyerang bagian organ, terutama paru-paru. Penyakit ini bila tidak diobati atau pengobatannya tidak tuntas dapat menimbulkang komplikasi berbahaya hingga kematian. Namun kemajuan dalam penemuan dan pengendalian penyakit tuberculosis paru baru terjadi dalam 2 abad terakhir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaiman penatalaksaan pasien tuberculosis paru di Rumah Sakit UKI serta mengetahui karakteristik dari pasien tuberculosis paru di Rumah Sakit UKI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data sekunder rekam medik pasien tuberculosis paru yang menjalani rawat inap di Rumah Sakit UKI Jakarta Timur tahun 2017. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 53 pasien. Karakteristik tuberculosis paru terbanyak adalah rentang usia 20-24 tahun, jenis kelamin lakilaki (59,3), diagnosis utama 53 pasien (100%), diagnosis penyerta (diabetes melitus tipe II) 12 orang (22,2), pemeriksaan penunjang 53 pasien (100%), tatalaksana OAT 12 pasien (22,2) FDC 42 pasien (77,8) , tatalaksana non OAT (As.traneksamat) 7 pasien (13,0), pengguanaan OAT menurut kategori satu 10 pasien (18,5) kategori dua 35 pasien (64,85%) kategori tiga 9 pasien (16,7). Kata Kunci : Manajemen Kasus, TB Paru, Rawat Inap. / Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, which can attack parts of the organ, especially the lungs. This disease if left untreated or the treatment is not complete can cause dangerous complications to death. But progress in the discovery and control of pulmonary tuberculosis has only occurred in the past two centuries. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of pulmonary tuberculosis patients at UKI Hospital and to know the characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis patients at UKI Hospital. The research method used was descriptive with secondary data collection of medical records of pulmonary tuberculosis patients undergoing hospitalization at UKI Hospital, East Jakarta in 2017. The number of samples in this study were 53 patients. The most characteristic of pulmonary tuberculosis is the age range of 20-24 years, male sex (59.3), primary diagnosis of 53 patients (100%), co-diagnosis (type II diabetes mellitus) 12 people (22.2), investigation 53 patients (100%), management of OAT 12 patients (22.2) FDC 42 patients (77.8), non-OAT management (As.traneksamat) 7 patients (13.0), use of OAT according to category one 10 patients (18 , 5) category two 35 patients (64.85%) category three 9 patients (16.7).
