Abstract

Preeklampsia merupakan salah satu kehamilan resiko tinggi, terjadi pada usia kehamilan > 20 minggu. Diagnosis preeklampsia didapatkan apabila terjadi hipertensi serta proteinuria (≥ +1 pada dipstick) onset baru. Sampai saat ini belum diketahui etiologi pasti terjadinya preeklampsia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat profil wanita hamil dengan preeklampsia di RSUD Budhi Asih Jakarta Timur periode Januari-November 2017. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif retrospektif, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sampel adalah wanita hamil dengan preeklampsia dengan data rekam medik yang lengkap dan tanpa riwayat hipertensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 orang, dengan preeklampsia ringan sebesar 18,3% dan preeklampsia berat sebesar 81,7%. Persentase preeklampsia terbanyak terjadi pada kelompok usia 30-34 tahun (26,7%), tingkat pendidikan menengah (63,3%), pekerjaan IRT (68,3%), usia kehamilan trimester III (98,3%), multi gravida (61,7%), nullipara (24%), proteinuria +1 (36,7%), proteinuria +2 (36,7%), hipertensi stage 2 (66,6%), partus caesar (73,3%), menkonsumsi antihipertensi nifedipin (77,1%) dan terapi tunggal antihipertensi nifedipin (71,6%). Kata kunci: hipertensi, kehamilan, preeklampsia, proteinuria. / Preeclampsia is one of the high-risk pregnancies, occurring at gestasional age > 20 weeks. Preeclampsia is diagnosed by the occurrence of the new onset of hypertension and proteinuria (≥ +1 on dipstick test). The etiology of preeclampsia is remain uncertain until now. This study aims to obtain the profile of pregnant women in Budhi Asih Regional General Hospital in East Jakarta in January-November 2017. This is a descriptive retrospective study, using total sampling technique. Sample is pre-eclamptic women that have complete medical record data and without hypertension. The result showed that the number of respondents are 60 women, consist of mild preeclampsia 18,3% and severe preeclampsia 81,7%. The highest percentage of preeclamptic women is aged 30-35 years (26,7%), high school level (63,3%), housewife (68,3%), trimester III (98,3%), multi gravidity (61,7%), nulliparity (24%), proteinuria +1 (36,7), proteinuria +2 (36,7%), hypertension stage 2 (66,6%), caesarean delivery (73,3%), consuming nifedipine (77,1%) and using single antihypertension of nifedipin (71,6%).
