Abstract

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang menuntut kerjasama tim, di mana interaksi antar pemain dalam tim memiliki peran krusial dalam mencapai tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah implementasi komunikasi kelompok memengaruhi performa pemain usia dewasa muda (20-40 tahun) dalam meraih kemenangan di Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Komunikasi Kelompok(Karyaningsih), dan performa (Adrian). Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan survei yang melibatkan 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan variabel komunikasi kelompok (X) memiliki T hitung senilai 11.607, melebihi T tabel senilai 1.984. yang berarti komunikasi kelompok mempengaruhi performa pemain Mobile legends pada usia dewasa muda dalam memenangkan permainan secara positif, dan berpengaruh secara signifikan sebesar 57.5%. Kata kunci : Dewasa Muda, Komunikasi Kelompok, Mobile Legends, Performa Pemain. / Mobile Legends: Bang Bang demands teamwork, where interaction among team players plays a crucial role in achieving objectives. This study aims to determine whether group communication affects the performance of young adult players (ages 20-40) in winning Mobile Legends: Bang Bang games. The research employs the concepts of Group Communication (Karyaningsih) and performance (Adrian). The research method used is quantitative, with a survey involving 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using simple regression. The test results show that the group communication variable (X) has a T value of 11.607, exceeding the T table value of 1.984. This means that group communication positively and significantly affects the performance of young adult Mobile Legends players in winning games, with a significant influence of 57.5% Keywords: Young Adults, Group Communication Balance, Mobile Legends, Player Performance.
