Abstract

Analisis simpang tak bersinyal pada simpang jalan Raya Bogor – jalan Gas Alam dan analisis simpang bersinyal pada simpang jalan Raya Bogor – jalan IR Haji Juanda, dimana kedua persimpangan ini sangat dekat. Pertemuan dua arus lalu lintas yang besar dari arah Jakarta dan dari arah Tol CIJAGO yang akan menuju ke Bogor dan Juanda mengakibatkan sistem pengaturan simpang kurang efektif serta dberlakukannya sistem lawan arus kendaraan dari arah Jakarta menuju ke Juanda. Arus kendaraan dari arah Bogor yang akan menuju ke Jakarta, dan arus kendaraan dari arah Juanda yang akan menuju ke Bogor kecil, sehingga berdampak pada tundaan yang terlalu besar. Hal seperti ini terjadi pada jam – jam sibuk. Dari hasil penelitan yang dilakukan pada pagi dan sore hari selama tiga hari, diperoleh tundaan rata – rata simpang sebelum contra flow untuk semua dari arah Jakarta ( A), Bogor (B), Juanda (C), dimana tingkat pelayan jalan adalah F. setelah dilakukan contra flow, terdapat perubahan , dimana tundaan berkurang dari arah Jakarta ( A), sehingga tingkat pelayanan menjadi E, sebaliknya tundaaan dari arah Bogor (B) dan Juanda (C) bertambah,tetapi tingkat pelayanan tetap F. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pihak terkait, sebagai acuan dan pertimbangan untuk pengaturan persimpangan yang lebih baik. Metode perhitungan analisis dan perencanaan yang digunakan adalah metode MKJI 1997. Kata kunci : simpang bersinyal, simpang tak bersinyal, lawan arus, pemberlakuan sinyal lampu lalu lintas. / Analysis was signalized intersection at the intersection Raya Bogor - Natural Gas road and intersection analysis on an intersection Raya Bogor - IR Haji Juanda street, which is very close to the second intersection. The confluence of two major traffic flow from Jakarta and from the Toll CIJAGO who will be heading to Bogor and Juanda lead to adverse regulatory systems less effective as well as the enactment of the countercurrent system vehicles from Jakarta to Juanda. The flow of vehicles from Bogor to be heading to Jakarta, and the flow of vehicles from Juanda who will be heading to Bogor small, so the impact on delays that are too big. Things like this happen on the hour - rush hour. From the results of research conducted in the morning and evening for three days, obtained average delay - average intersection before the contra flow to all of the direction of Jakarta (A), Bogor (B), Juanda (C), where the level of the road is F. waiter after performed contra flow, there is a change, where the delay is reduced from Jakarta (A), so that the level of service becomes E, otherwise delay from Bogor (B) and Juanda (C) increased, but the level of service remains F. The results of this study are expected to be input for stakeholders, as guidelines and considerations for setting the intersection better.
