Abstract

Kajian debit aliran pada Kawasan Industri Suryacipta dilakukan dalam rangka rencana pengendalian banjir berdasarkan data banjir pada tahun 1999, dimana terjadi banjir pada bagian hilir sistem drainase Retention Basin. Dengan data curah hujan selama 20 tahun dari 3 pos pengukuran hujan terdekat dilakukan analisa hidrologi dengan Metode Theissen, Log Person III, dan Gumbel. Sedangkan penelusuran banjir menggunakan Metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis ( HSS) Nakayasu. Hasil dari analisa dan pembahasan diketahui bahwa dimensi saluran yang ada (eksisting) dapat menampung debit rencana banjir 50 Tahun yaitu 64.67 m3/det > 50.29 m3/det. Adapun penyebab terjadinya genangan banjir adalah akibat penyempitan kapasitas gorong-gorong Btb 9C setelah mengalami perbaikan. Untuk pengendalian banjir tersebut dilakukan pembuatan Retention Basin baru di hulu sistem drainase yang berfungsi sebagai penampung debit aliran sementara dengan volume tampung 795.472 m3 > volume air 786.737 m3 Kata Kunci : debit banjir rencana ,pengendalian banjir , retention basin, metode Log Person III, metode Gumbel, HSS Nakayasu. / Study of runoff discharge at Suryacipta Industrial Estate was done in order to plan the flood control based on flood data in 1999 which flood occured at downstream section of drainage system of Retention Basin. The hydrology analysis used Theissen’s Method, Log Person III Method and Gumbel’s Method based on rainfall data that was collected for 20 years at 3 stations nearest from project site. And for the flood tracer used Unit Hidrograph Syntetis Nakayasu’s Method. The Results of analysis show that the dimension of drainage is able to storage design flood discharge of 50-year return period of 64.67 m3/det > 50.29 m3/det. The cause of flood is that the capacity box culvert Btb 9c was changed to be smaller after repaired. For the flood control solution, the Retention Basin at head section drainage system is plan to be constructed for function of temporary storage runoff discharge with volume storage of 795.472 m3 > volume runoff 78.737 m3.
