Abstract

Perencanaan dan pengelolan yang baik pada suatu usaha pembangkitan listrik adalah salah satu kunci penting untuk mendapatkan keandalan, kecukupan dan kualitas listrik yang dihasilkan. Dengan perencanaan yang baik tentunya pembangkit yang tersedia harus cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik dan utilitas penunjang di wilayah/industri tersebut. Analisis dan penentuan investasi pada jenis pembangkit akan menjadi factor penentu kelayakan suatu pembangkit. Keandalan suatu pembangkit terbukti jika tidak terjadi gangguan yang berarti ataupun jika adanya gangguan dapat di tangani dalam waktu singkat. Ketika kita membahas keandalan, tentu tidak akan telepas dari manusia yang mengoperasikannya dan juga bagaimana kemampuan teknis dalam menangani masalah dan juga program apa yang diperlukan untuk menghindari terjadinya gangguan. Perencanaan untuk back up power juga merupakan kunci sukses keandalan pasokan. Hal yang lain yang sangat menentukan adalah kualitas listrik itu sendiri, dimana mengingat peralatan industri sangatlah memerlukan kualitas listrik yang baik guna menunjang produksi dan mengurangi defect dan breakdown. Hal ini akan berdampak signifikan pada perusahaan atau industri pengguna listrik tersebut, dimana operasional yang baik pada sektor usaha industri tentunya akan memberikan produktifitan dan efisiensi yang tinggi. Semua aktifitas diatas harus memenuhi kriteria ramah lingkungan, baik itu dari keluaran gas buang pembangkit dan juga produksi indrustri tersebut. Hasil Analisis dan Pengujian Data lapangan ditinjau dari aspek teknis, investasi dan kesesuaian baku mutu lingkungan di pembangkit gas turbine cogeneration adalah sangat handal dan menguntungkan sehingga direkomendasikan untuk tetap dioperasikan untuk memenuhi pasokan listrik di kawasan industrial. Kata kunci: gas turbin, cogeneration plant, generator, investasi pembangkit. / Good planning and management in an electricity generation business is one of the important keys to get the reliability, adequacy and quality of the electricity produced. With good planning, of course the availability of power generation must be sufficient to meet the electricity needs and supporting utilities in industrial area. Analysis and determination of investment in the type of plant will be a determining factor for the feasibility of a power plant. The reliability of a generation is proven if there is no significant interference or if there is interference still can be handled in a very short time. When we discuss reliability, it certainly will not be separated from the people who operate it and also how the technical capability in handling problems and also what programs are needed to avoid disruption. Planning for back up power is also the key to successful supply reliability. Another thing that is very decisive is the quality of electricity itself, which is given that industrial equipment is in need of good quality electricity to support production and reduce defects and breakdowns. This will have a significant impact on the electricity user or industry, where good operations in the industrial business sector will certainly provide high productivity and efficiency. All of the above activities must meet the environmentally friendly criteria, both from the exhaust gas output of the plant and also the industrial production. Results of Analysis and Testing Field data in terms of technical aspects, investment and conformity of environmental quality standards in the turbine cogeneration gas plant are very reliable and profitable so it is recommended to continue to operate to supply the electricity in the industrial area.
