Abstract
Di era new normal ini, kompetisi di bidang usaha semakin kompetitif, sehingga setiap perusahaan harus menempuh berbagai cara inovatif agar mereka tetap eksis di bidang usaha mereka termasuk untuk bersaing dengan para kompetitor mereka. Salah satu syarat agar suatu perusahaan dapat tetap eksis dalam bidang usahanya adalah dengan senantiasa meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang mereka miliki. Hal ini terlihat pada PT. Luhur Mulia Jaya di mana ada kecenderungan penyelesaian proyek mereka yang terlambat, sehingga proyek tersebut tidak berjalan sesuai rencana. Dan inilah faktor yang mendorong peneliti untuk melakukan riset di PT. Luhur Mulia Jaya guna mempelajari tentang bagaimana perusahaan berkembang di era normal, mencoba memahami tentang adanya korelasi antara karakteristik dari para pimpinan dengan hasil kerja dari para pekerja di PT. Luhur Mulia Jaya.Terdapat beberapa metode atau teknik pengolahan data, diantaranya adalah: penginputan data, pemeriksaan keabsahan data, pengelompokan data, pengubahan data, dan mentransformasikannya ke dalam suatu sistem yang lebih fleksibel untuk dianalisis. diperoleh nilai probalitas (sig) 0,002 lebih kecil 0,05 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga di sini terlihat adanya korelasi yang kuat antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Luhur Mulia Jaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan pada riset ini maka dapat disimpulkan: 1. Ada Hubungan yang kuat antara gaya kepemimpinan dan hasil kerja dari para pekerja pada PT.Luhur Mulia Jaya, yang mana ini terlihat dari adanya nilai probalitas(sig) yang berada di bawah angka 0,005. 2. Ada hubungan yang lemah dan positif antara karakteristik dari para pemimpin perusahaan terhadap hasil kerja dari para pekerja pada PT. Luhur Mulia Jaya, dimana hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi rank sperman sebesar 0.387. / In this new normal era, competition in the business sector is increasingly competitive, so every company must take various innovative methods so that they continue to exist in their business sector, including competing with their competitors. One of the conditions for a company to continue to exist in its business field is to continually improve the quality of the human resources they have. This can be seen at PT. Luhur Mulia Jaya where there is a tendency for their project completion to be late, so that the project does not go according to plan. And this is the factor that encourages researchers to conduct research at PT. Luhur Mulia Jaya, in order to learn about how companies develop in the normal era, tries to understand the correlation between the characteristics of the leaders and the work results of the workers at PT. Luhur Mulia Jaya. There are several methods or techniques for processing data, including: inputting data, checking data validity, grouping data, changing data, and transforming it into a system that is more flexible for analysis. The probability value (sig) obtained is 0.002, which is less than 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so here it can be seen that there is a strong correlation between leadership style and employee performance at PT. Luhur Mulia Jaya. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this research, it can be concluded: 1. There is a strong relationship between leadership style and the work results of workers at PT. Luhur Mulia Jaya, which can be seen from the probability value (sig) which is below the figure 0.005. 2. There is a weak and positive relationship between the characteristics of company leaders and the work results of workers at PT. Luhur Mulia Jaya, where this is shown by the sperman rank correlation coefficient value of 0.387
