Abstract

Imunisasi dasar merupakan vaksinasi untuk secara aktif mencapai kekebalan awal bayi. Imunisasi lanjutan adalah vaksinasi ulang yang diberikan untuk mempertahankan tingkat kekebalan atau memperpanjang durasi perlindungan pada bayi. Pandemi Corona Viruse Disease 2019 (CoVID-19) menyebabkan terganggunya program kesehatan salah satunya imunisasi dasar. Puskesmas menyatakan telah terjadi penurunan dan penghentian layanan imunisasi karena adanya kekhawatiran orang tua dan petugas kesehatan terhadap pemberian imunisasi. Kondisi ini terus berlanjut sehingga cakupan imunisasi nasional menurun dan menyebabkan risiko terjadinya kejadian luar biasa penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi (KLB PD3I) dan beban bagi Pemerintah Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil capaian imunisasi dasar lengkap dan lanjutan pada saat pandemi CoVID-19 tahun 2020 dan setelah pandemi CoVID-19 tahun 2023 di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cakung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif cross sectional. Data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cakung. Analisis data menggunakan Microsoft Excel dengan menggunakan rumus cakupan imunisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa imunisasi dasar lengkap pada tahun 2020 mencapai target capaian Puskesmas sebesar 9,1% dan pada tahun 2023 hanya sebesar 7,7%. Imunisasi dasar lanjutan pada tahun 2020 tidak mencapai target sebesar 6% dan pada tahun 2023 mencapai target sebesar 8%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa imunisasi dasar lengkap mencapai target saat pandemi CoVID-19 dan setelah pandemi CoVID-19, sedangkan imunisasi dasar lanjutan tidak mencapai target capaian pada saat pandemi CoVID-19. / Basic immunization is the vaccination given to actively achieve initial immunity in infants. Booster immunization is a repeated vaccination provided to maintain the level of immunity or extend the duration of protection in infants. The COVID-19 pandemic disrupted health programs, including basic immunization. Health centers reported a decline and cessation of immunization services due to concerns from parents and healthcare workers about administering vaccines. This situation persisted, resulting in a decrease in national immunization coverage and increasing the risk of outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases (VPDs), thus becoming a burden for the Indonesian government. This study aims to determine the profile of complete basic and booster immunization coverage during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and after the pandemic in 2023 at the Cakung District Health Center. This research is a descriptive cross-sectional study. The data used in the research were secondary data from patient medical records at the Cakung District Health Center. Data analysis was conducted using Microsoft Excel with immunization coverage formulas. The study results showed that complete basic immunization in 2020 reached the health center's target of 9.1%, while in 2023, it was only 7.7%. Booster immunization in 2020 did not meet the target of 6%, but in 2023, it reached the target of 8%. The results indicate that complete basic immunization met the target during and after the COVID-19 pandemic, while booster immunization did not meet the target during the pandemic.
