Abstract

"Perdagangan manusia menjadi fenomena serius yang terjadi di Indonesia dan selalu terjadi di setiap tahun khususnya pada tenaga kerja Indonesia hal ini karena adanya faktor keterbatasan ekonomi dan tingkat pendidikan yang rendah. Struktur sosial yang disebabkan oleh keadaan ekonomi mendorong para tenaga kerja Indonesia terjerumus ke dalam praktek perdagangan manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori marxisme dan konsep human trafficking untuk melihat fenomena perdagangan manusia yang terjadi pada tenaga kerja Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah tipe kualitatif eksplanatif. Dengan sumber teknik pengumpulan data melalui data primer dan sekunder. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah perdagangan manusia terjadi karena perbedaan kelas atas potensi akan modal dan kepemilikan antara majikan, agensi sebagai kelas borjuis dan tenaga kerja Indonesia sebagai kelas proletar. Ketidakadilan sosial atas kemiskinan, ketidakmerataan merupakan akibat dari struktur sosial antara tenaga kerja Indonesia dengan majikan maupun agensi yang menimbulkan terjadinya hubungan yang eksploitatif. Melalui hubungan eksploitatif yang dialami oleh tenaga kerja Indonesia, majikan menjadi aktor akan penghisapan nilai lebih yang dimiliki tenaga kerja Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Eksploitasi; Marxisme; Perdagangan Manusia; Struktur sosial; Tenaga Kerja Indonesia. / Human trafficking is a serious phenomenon that occurs in Indonesia and always occurs every year, especially for Indonesian workers, due to economic limitations and low education levels. The social structure caused by economic conditions encourages Indonesian workers to fall into the practice of human trafficking. This research uses the theory of Marxism and the concept of human trafficking to see the phenomenon of human trafficking that occurs in Indonesian labor. The research method used by researchers is explanatory qualitative type. With the source of data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. The findings of this study are that human trafficking occurs due to class differences over the potential for capital and ownership between employers, agencies as a bourgeois class and Indonesian labor as a proletarian class. Social injustice over poverty, inequality is the result of the social structure between Indonesian labor and employers and agencies that lead to exploitative relationships. Through the exploitative relationship experienced by Indonesian labor, the employer becomes an actor of the exploitation of the surplus value of Indonesian labor.
