Abstract

Restrukturisasi adalah upaya untuk menyelamatkan kredit yang bermasalah yang diantaranya meliputi upaya Rescheduling, Reconditioning serta Restructuring, misalnya dengan memperluas jangka waktu kredit, memberikan jangka waktu yang mudah untuk mengangsur, menurunkan suku bunga kredit, dll. UU No. 10 Tahun 1998 diketahui sebagai suatu sistem menyelamatkan kredit bermasalahan seperti yang tertuang didalam Pasal 7 huruf e yang dimaksudkan guna lebih meningkatkan kualitas kredit supaya tak mengalami kredit yang macet. Dimulai ketika merebaknya pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia dimulai awal Maret 2020, masyarakat Indonesia sudah dilanda kewaspadaan. Hal tersebut langsung presiden sampaikan untuk segera dijalankan dengan OJK ketika 3 Maret 2020. Usaha dalam pembangunan kembali tersebut mesti diiringi dengan penilaian ulang yang kian mendalam pada upaya peminjam, yang dilihat usahanya berpotensikah guna bisa dilaksanakan restrukturisasi. Restrukturisasi juga tak diperbolehkan untuk dilakukan penyimpangan oleh Bank sebagai pemberi pinjaman, yang hanya dijalankan khusus guna melakukan penahanan kredit supaya kualitas kreditnya tak mengalami keterpurukan. Kata Kunci: Restrukturisasi, Covid-19. / Restructuring is an effort to save non-performing loans which include rescheduling (rescheduling), Reconditioning (reconditioning) and Restructuring (rearrangement), for example by expanding the credit period, providing an easy time period for installments, lowering loan interest rates, etc. Law Number 10 of 1998 is known as a system for saving non-performing loans as referred to in Article 7 letter c which is intended to further improve credit quality so that bad loans do not occur. Since the outbreak of the corona virus pandemic in Indonesia since mid-February 2020, the Indonesian people have been hit by vigilance. This was conveyed directly by the President to be implemented immediately through the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on March 3, 2020. The rebuilding effort must be followed by a more in-depth reassessment of the debtor's business, which is seen whether the business has the potential or not to be carried out. Restructurisation. Restructuring should also not be misused by the Bank as a lender, which is only carried out specifically to hold credit so that credit quality does not deteriorate. Keywords: Restructuring, Covid-19
