Abstract

Infeksi HIV Indonesia untuk pertama kali di identifikasi di Bali pada tahun 1987. Sejak itu infeksi HIV menyebar ke seluruh Indonesia termasuk ke Jakarta. Rumah Sakit UKI sejak tahun 2006 telah merawat pasien terinfeksi HIV, namun data yang ada belum pernah dievaluasi.. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui profil demografi, karakteristik klinik, dan data laboratorium pasien HIV selama 17 tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif retrospektif menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien HIV yang meliputi data demografi, karakteristik klinik, infeksi oportunistik, dan data viral load (VL) serta CD4. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 94 pasien terinfeksi HIV yang masih melakukan pengobatan di RS UKI sejak 2006-2023. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan pasien terinfeksi HIV paling banyak adalah laki-laki (74,5%), usia 20-24 tahun (45%), bujangan/single (48,9%), memiliki tingkat pendidikan sarjana/sederajat (47%), bekerja sebagai karyawan swasta (45,2%), dengan setengahnya mengalami wasting syndrome (50%), dan infeksi oportunistik (IO) yang paling banyak adalah tuberkulosis (TB) paru (28%). Hanya sebagian pasien IO yang menjalani pemeriksaan laboratorium untuk menentukan jenis IO yang diidapnya. / HIV is a virus that spread to Indonesia in 1987. Therefore, research is needed on the HIV patient profile to evaluate the treatment that has been administered and to provide recommendations for the future. The research aims to determine the demographic profile, clinical characteristics, and laboratory data of HIV patients over 17 years. The research method used is descriptive, using secondary data from HIV patient medical records including demographic data, clinical characteristics, opportunistic infections, and viral load (VL) and CD4 data. The sample taken for this study is 94 HIV-infected patients who have been undergoing treatment at UKI Hospital from 2006 to 2023. The results of this study found that the majority of HIV-infected patients were male (74.5%), aged 20-24 years (45%), unmarried/single (48.9%), had a bachelor's degree or equivalent education (47%), worked as private employees (45.2%), with half experiencing wasting syndrome (50%), and the most common opportunistic infection (OI) was pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) (28%). Laboratory tests for the OIs experienced by these HIV-infected patients were not performed, which is a recommendation that needs to be addressed.
