Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul "Penegakan Hukum Tindak Pidana Korupsi Melalui Pendekatan Restorative Justice oleh Penyidik Polri Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep pendekatan restorative justice dalam penanganan perkara tindak pidana korupsi, serta menggambarkan implementasi konsep tersebut oleh penyidik Polri DITRESKRISMSUS Polda Metro Jaya dalam upaya penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana korupsi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis hambatan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh penyidik Polri dalam menerapkan pendekatan restorative justice, terutama dalam konteks kasus tindak pidana korupsi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, yang menekankan pada analisis terhadap bahan-bahan hukum yang ada. Dalam penulisan ini, digunakan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan dan metode pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan sistem dan peningkatan kapasitas penyidik agar penerapan restorative justice dapat berjalan secara efektif. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan dasar dan pemahaman lebih mendalam mengenai potensi dan kendala dalam menggabungkan konsep restorative justice dalam konteks penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana korupsi. Kata Kunci : Penegakan hukum, Tipikor, Penyidik. / This thesis is titled “Law Enforcement of Corruption Crimes Through the Restorative Justice Approach by the Indonesian National Police’s Criminal Investigation Division (DITRESKRISMSUS) in the Jakarta Metropolitan Regional Police.” The research aims to explain the concept of restorative justice in handling corruption cases and describe its implementation by the Indonesian National Police investigators in their efforts to enforce the law against corruption. Additionally, the study analyzes the obstacles and challenges faced by the investigators in applying the restorative justice approach, particularly in the context of corruption cases. The research method used is normative juridical, emphasizing analysis of existing legal materials. This writing employs legislative approach method and conceptual approach method. The research findings indicate the need for system improvements and enhancement of investigators' capacities for the effective implementation of restorative justice. This study is expected to provide a foundation and deeper understanding of the potential and challenges in integrating the concept of restorative justice in the context of law enforcement against corruption crimes.
