Abstract

Stroke adalah penyakit berupa gangguan pada fungsi saraf fokal dan global bersifat akut, berkembang dengan cepat, dapat memberat dan berlangsung setidaknya dua puluh empat jam bahkan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Stroke memiliki dua tipe utama yaitu stroke iskemik dan stroke hemoragik. Stroke iskemik adalah tipe stroke yang diakibatkan oleh berkurangnya atau hilangnya aliran darah ke parenkim otak, sedangkan stroke hemoragik diakibatkan oleh perdarahan. Prevalensi stroke terus meningkat, terutama dinegara berkembang termasuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui profil klinis pasien stroke iskemik di RSU UKI tahun 2019. Penelitian dilakukan di rekam medis RSU UKI pada bulan Februari 2024. Penelitian digunakan 56 sampel sesuai kriteria inklusi dan menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan pasien stroke iskemik di RSU UKI tahun 2019 berdasarkan kelompok usia terbanyak adalah >54 tahun yaitu 80,4%, jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah perempuan yaitu 62,5%, pekerjaan terbanyak adalah pensiunan yaitu 28,6%, penyakit penyerta terbanyak adalah hipertensi yaitu 57,6%, dan gejala klinis terbanyak adalah lemah separuh badan kiri yaitu 35,7%. / Stroke is a disease of disturbances in focal and global nerve function, is acute, develops quickly, severe and lasts for at least 24 hours or can even cause death. Stroke has two main types, namely ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. Ischemic stroke is a type of stroke caused by reduced or lost blood flow to the spinal cord brain parenchyma which can be caused by blockage of arterial blood, while hemorrhagic stroke is caused by bleeding. The prevalence of stroke continues to increase and has become a serious health problem in the world, especially in developing countries, including Indonesia. This study aims to determine the clinical profile of ischemic stroke patients at UKI General Hospital in 2019. The research was conducted in the UKI RSU medical records in February 2024. The research used 56 samples that met the inclusion criteria and used the Slovin formula. Based on the research results, it was found that ischemic stroke patients at RSU UKI in 2019 based on the age group, the largest number was >54 years, namely 80.4%, the largest gender was female, namely 62.5%, the largest occupation was retired, namely 28.6%, the highest number of comorbidities was hypertension, namely 57.6%, and the most clinical symptom was weakness in the left half of the body, namely 35.7%.
