Abstract

Bandara Sentani Jayapura merupakan salah satu Bandara di Provinsi Papua dan merupakan Bandara tersibuk yang melayani rute domestik di Indonesia. Provinsi Papua mengalami pertumbuhan dan pemerataan pertumbuhan. Lalu lintas penumpang dan pergerakan pesawat di Bandara ini terus berkembang setiap tahunnya. Pada tahun 2018 pertumbuhan pergerakan 64.698 pesawat lepas landas dan mendarat setiap hari. Rata-rata 120 penerbangan per hari. Dalam setiap fasilitas yang digunakan oleh Bandar udara, termasuk apron, akan dipengaruhi oleh peningkatan pergerakan yang terjadi secara otomatis. Kapasitas Apron Bandar Udara Sentani Papua sebanyak 38 parking stand tetapi dalam operasionalnya hanya digunakan sebanyak 27 parking stand yang terdiri dari pesawat berbadan besar dan kecil. Jumlah tempat parkir yang dibutuhkan tahun mendatang (2029) adalah 15 parking stand untuk kategori jenis pesawat berbadan besar dan pesawat berbadan kecil. Metode yang digunakan untuk prediksi pergerakan adalah metode JICA, dengan menggunakan informasi 5 tahun terakhir (2015-2019) yang diperoleh PT. Cabang Angkasa Pura I Sentani. Metode yang digunakan metode Pignataro untuk memperoleh pola laju jam puncak untuk tahun berjalan, kemudian gunakan untuk menentukan jumlah pergerakan pesawat untuk tahun yang direncanakan dengan mengalikan pola laju yang diperoleh dengan jumlah pergerakan pesawat tahunan yang dihasilkan oleh ramalan. Kapasitas Apron Bandar Udara Sentani Papua sebanyak 38 parking stand tetapi dalam operasionalnya hanya digunakan sebanyak 27 parking stand yang terdiri dari pesawat berbadan besar dan kecil. Hasil diperoleh kebutuhan perluasan apron rencana tahun 2029 maka diasumsikan jenis pesawat berbadan besar dengan panjang dan lebar apron untuk tahun mendatang yaitu 612 m dan lebar 136 m pada apron I dan apron II. Kebutuhan perluasan juga pada apron III pada pesawat berbadan kecil dan juga sebagai tempat isolated pesawat dan tempat perbaikan pesawat yaitu panjang 590 m dan lebar 121 m pada tahun rencana. Kebutuhan parking stand pada Bandara Sentani saat pada kondisi eksisting masih bisa menapung pergerakan pesawat pada jam sibuk dan pada tahun rencana. Kinerja apron saat ini sudah baik, namun untuk mengantisipasi pertumbuhan lalu lintas udara dimasa mendatang, kapasitas apron juga perlu ditingkatkan. Kata kunci: Bandar Udara, Kapasitas Parking Stand, Perluasan Apron. / Sentani Jayapura Airport is one of the airports in Papua Province and is the busiest airport serving domestic routes in Indonesia. Papua Province is experiencing growth and equitable growth. Passenger traffic and aircraft movements at the airport continue to grow each year. In 2018 the growth of 64,698 aircraft movements took off and landed every day. An average of 120 flights per day. In every facility used by the airport, including the apron, will be affected by the increase in movement that occurs automatically. The capacity of the Sentani Papua Airport Apron is 38 parking stands but in operation it is only used as many as 27 parking stands consisting of large and small body aircraft. The number of parking spaces needed in the coming year (2029) is 15 parking stands for the category of large-bodied aircraft and small-bodied aircraft. The method used for movement prediction is the linear trend method, using the last 5 years (2015-2019) information obtained by PT Angkasa Pura I Sentani Branch. The method used the JICA method to obtain the peak hour rate pattern for the current year, then use it to determine the number of aircraft movements for the planned year by multiplying the rate pattern obtained by the number of annual aircraft movements generated by the forecast. The capacity of the Sentani Papua Airport Apron is 38 parking stands but in operation it is only used as many as 27 parking stands consisting of large and small body aircraft. The results obtained need to expand the apron plan in 2029 then assumed the type of large-bodied aircraft with the length and width of the apron for the coming year, namely 612 m and 136 m wide on apron I and apron II. The need for expansion is also at apron III on small-bodied aircraft and also as an isolated aircraft and aircraft repair area which is 590 m long and 121 m wide in the plan year. The need for parking stands at Sentani Airport when the existing conditions can still accommodate the movement of aircraft during peak hours and in the plan year.
