Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi Coaching Model Tirta sebagai Pendekatan inovatif dalam supervisi akademik bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah.. Melalui kajian literatur yang mendalam,. Studi ini juga menguraikan dampak positif Coaching Model Tirta terhadap pengembangan keterampilan guru, motivasi siswa, dan hasil belajar. Dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek. Penelitian ini, memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang pentingnya penerapan Coaching Model Tirta sebagai pendekatan inovatif untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain menggunakan studi pustaka (library research) dengan menggunakan pengkajian terkait berbagai tulisan, baik berupa buku, jurnal, artikel, dan sumber lain yang sesuai, serta analisis dokumen terkait supervisi akademik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan model coaching yang berfokus pada konteks supervisi akademik di sekolah. Temuan ini dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi praktisi pendidikan, kepala sekolah, dan pengembang kebijakan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah melalui pendekatan supervisi yang inovatif. Kata kunci: Supervisi Akademik, Coaching Model Tirta, Kualitas Pembelajaran. / This study investigated the Tirta Coaching Model as a pioneering approach in academic supervision aimed at improving the standard of education within schools. By conducting an extensive review of existing literature, the research delineated the favorable effects of employing the Tirta Coaching Model on the enhancement of teachers' expertise, motivation levels among students, and overall learning achievements. Addressing multiple dimensions, the study offered comprehensive insights into the importance of adopting the Tirta Coaching Model as an inventive strategy for advancing the quality of learning within a school setting.. This research employed a qualitative approach with a design utilizing library research method by examining various existing writings, including books, journals, articles, and other relevant sources. Additionally, document analysis related to academic supervision was conducted as part of the research methodology. This research provides a significant contribution to the development of coaching models focused on the context of academic supervision in high schools. These findings can offer practical guidance for educational practitioners, school leaders, and policy developers in enhancing the quality of learning at the high school level through innovative supervisory approaches.
