Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi dengan adanya suatu perantara antara Masyarakat dengan Pemerintah. Perantara tersebut yaitu SP4N-LAPOR, SP4N-LAPOR ini merupakan saluran perantara di mana masyarakat bisa menggunakan untuk mengeluarkan aspirasi atau keluhan mereka. masyarat bisa mengakses SP4N- LAPOR di: (1) Website www.Lapor.go.id , (2) sms ke nomor 1708, (3) twitter @lapor1708, dan (4) Aplikasi. Menurut data dari Website Lapor.go.id. (14 April 2023), jumlah pelaporan melalui Website menempati urutan terbanyak dengan jumlah 15.340 laporan. Berdasarkan fenemona tersebut, maka Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar persentase Penggunaan Media dan seberapa besar tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat dalam Layanan Publik yang ada di Website https://www.lapor.go.id tersebut. Penelitian membangun hipotesis berdasarkan Teori Uses And Gratification sebagai pedoman penelitian. Metode Penelitian kuantitatif diterapkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada Masyarakat Kota Bekasi sebanyak 100 Responden yang menggunakan teknik random sampling. Dalam pendeketan kuantitatif ada beberapa pengujian yang harus dilakukan, hasil dari uji tersebut ialah: Penggunaan Media (X1) terhadap Variabel Layanan Publik (Y) sebesar 0,027 yang artinya nilai sig nya lebih besar dari 0,005. Maka dapat di simpulkan terdapat pengaruh hubungan yang linear antara Variabel bebas dan Variabel terikat. Dengan hasil nilai Mean sebesar 88,2% pada Variabel Penggunaan (X1) sedangkan, Linearity pada Variabel Kepuasan (X2) terhadap Variabel Layanan Publik (Y) sebesar 0,138 yang artinya nilai sig nya lebih besar dari 0,005. Maka dapat di simpulkan terdapat pengaruh hubungan yang linear antara Variabel bebas dan Variabel terikat, dengan hasil Mean sebesar 90,4% untuk Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Kota Bekasi terhadap Layanan Publik pada Website https://www.lapor.go.id Kata kunci: Penggunaan Media, Layanan Publik, Tingkat Kepuasan. / This research is motivated by the existence of an intermediary between the community and the government. The intermediary is SP4N-LAPOR, SP4N-LAPOR is an intermediary channel where the public can use to express their aspirations or complaints. People can access SP4N-LAPOR at: (1) Website www.Lapor.go.id, (2) sms to number 1708, (3) twitter @lapor1708, and (4) Application. According to data from the Lapor.go.id Website. (April 14, 2023), the number of reports through the Website ranks the most with a total of 15,340 reports. Based on this phenomenon, this research aims to find out how big the percentage of Media Use and how big the level of Public Satisfaction in Public Services on the Website https://www.lapor.go.id. The research builds a hypothesis based on Uses And Gratification Theory as a research guideline. Quantitative research methods are applied by distributing questionnaires to the Bekasi City Community as many as 100 Respondents using random sampling techniques. In a quantitative approach there are several tests that must be carried out, the results of these tests are: Media Usage (X1) on Public Service Variables (Y) of 0.027 which means the sig value is greater than 0.005. So it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. With the results of the Mean value of 88.2% in the Usage Variable (X1), while the Linearity in the Satisfaction Variable (X2) on the Public Service Variable (Y) is 0.138, which means that the sig value is greater than 0.005. So it can be concluded that there is a linear relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, with the results of a Mean of 90.4% for the Bekasi City Community Satisfaction Level with Public Services on the https://www.lapor.go.id Website.
