Abstract

Teachers are individuals in the learning process so their role is important for students and the organization within them. In order to achieve the desired results, teachers must have commitment within themselves. The commitment of a teacher is influenced by several factors, for example organizational communication. This research was conducted to see whether there is an influence of organizational communication on teacher organizational commitment. In this research, the research used descriptive quantitative research. The result of the coefficient of determination or R- square is 0.916, proving that there is an influence of organizational communication on organizational commitment of 91.6% and the remaining 8.4 is influenced by other factors not studied.
