Abstract

Salah satu infrastruktur transportasi darat yang sangat penting adalah jalan raya. Pemerintah Indonesia menyadari pentingnya transportasi bagi perekonomian dan cara hidup negara. Oleh karena itu, perekonomian wilayah ini memerlukan perkerasan jalan yang kokoh dan fleksibel untuk menopang perekonomian. Perkerasan jenis ini umum digunakan di Indonesia, meskipun tidak tahan terhadap retak, distorsi, hancur, atau keausan akibat suhu tinggi atau beban kendaraan yang berlebihan. Penggunaan berbagai jenis bahan alam sebagai bahan pelengkap dan pengganti yang dapat menambah kekuatan perkerasan jalan merupakan pendekatan lain yang telah teruji dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas perkerasan jalan. Campuran abu batu dan bahan limbah plastik termodifikasi HDPE (High-density Polyethylene) pada penelitian ini meliputi aspal 2%, abu batu 6%, dan bahan pengisi kapur dengan jumlah yang bervariasi (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100%. ). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh berbagai kapur dan sampah plastik modifikasi terhadap nilai stabilitas uji Marshall, MQ, dan keawetan aspal (di sini, daya tahan), yang berkorelasi dengan penurunan stabilitas dan keawetan yang diamati saat campuran. sudah jenuh dengan air. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan Analisa akhir pada uji Marshall didapat nilai stabilitas tertinggi pada kadar filler kapur 50% dengan kadar aspal 6,40 % dan dengan nilai stabilitas 1913,37 kg, untuk nilai MQ pada kadar filler kapur 50 % dan menggunakan aspal modifikasi HDPE mengalami peningkatan sebesar 10,57% dan lebih baik dari peneliti sebelumnya. yaitu sebesar 591,04 kg/mm dari 533,67 kg. penurunan terbaik nilai stabilitas pada kadar filer kapur 50% adalah 0,96% dari 1314,20 kg menjadi 1301,47 dari campuran aspal beton tanpa perendaman, dapat disimpulakan bahwa durabilitas pada variasi kapur 50% sangat baik karena mengalami penurunan yang kecil setelah dilakukan perendaman. Kata Kunci: HDPE (High-density polyethylene), kapur, stabilitas, durabilitas, Marshall quotient. / One of the very important land transportation infrastructure is highways. The Indonesian government recognizes the importance of transportation for the country's economy and way of life. Therefore, the economy of this region requires a solid and flexible road pavement to support the economy. This type of pavement is commonly used in Indonesia, although it is not resistant to cracking, distortion, crushing, or wear due to high temperatures or excessive vehicle loads. The use of various types of natural materials as complementary and substitute materials that can increase the strength of road pavement is another approach that has been tested with the aim of improving the quality of road pavement. The mixture of rock ash and HDPE (High-density Polyethylene) modified plastic waste materials in this study included 2% asphalt, 6% stone ash, and lime fillers with varying amounts (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of various lime and modified plastic waste on Marshall test stability values, MQ, and asphalt durability (here, durability), which correlated with the decrease in stability and durability observed during mixture. It is saturated with water. Based on the results of the study and the final analysis on the Marshall test, the highest stability value was obtained at 50% lime filler content with 6.40% asphalt content and with a stability value of 1913.37 kg, for MQ value at 50% lime filler content and using HDPE modified asphalt increased by 10.57% and better than the previous researcher. which is 591.04 kg / mm from 533.67 kg. The best decrease in stability value at 50% lime filar content was 0.96% from 1314.20 kg to 1301.47 from asphalt concrete mixture without soaking, it can be concluded that durability at 50% lime variation is very good because it experienced a small decrease after soaking.
