Abstract

Penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia, baik di negara maju maupun negara berkembang, adalah penyakit kardiovaskular. Kelainan bawaan arteri koroner yang disebut myocardial bridging adalah salah satu penyebab penyakit kardiovaskular. Tergantung pada seberapa dalam arteri koroner tertanam dalam miokardium, myocardial bridging mungkin memiliki konsekuensi peredaran darah meskipun ada perbedaan struktural, seperti timbulnya gejala angina. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran angina pektoris dengan myocardial bridging di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat UKI untuk membantu upaya deteksi dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan retrospektif dengan menggunakan data rekam medis untuk melakukan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 79 pasien dengan diagnosis penyakit jantung koroner, 3 pasien (3,79%) mengalami myocardial bridging. Dari tiga pasien, dua (66,67%) memiliki myocardial bridging. Orang- orang ini mengalami gagal jantung kongestif (CHD) dan ditemukan memiliki myocardial bridging antara usia 50 dan 70 tahun. Angina berulang sering dikaitkan dengan jembatan miokard. Kata kunci: Myocardial Bridging, Angina Pektoris, Penyakit Jantung Koroner. / The leading cause of death worldwide, in both developed and developing nations, is cardiovascular disease. A congenital anomaly of the coronary arteries called myocardial bridging is one of the causes of cardiovascular disease. Depending on how deeply the coronary arteries are entrenched in the myocardium, myocardial bridging might have circulatory consequences despite its structural differences, such as the onset of angina symptoms. This study attempts to ascertain the picture of angina pectoris with myocardial bridging at the UKI General Hospital in order to aid in efforts for early detection. This study employs a retrospective approach utilizing medical records to do descriptive analysis. The results revealed that out of 79 patients with a diagnosis of coronary heart disease, 3 patients (3.79%) had myocardial bridging. Out of three patients, two (66.67%) had myocardial bridging. These individuals had congestive heart failure (CHD) and were discovered to have myocardial bridging between the ages of 50 and 70. Recurrent angina is frequently linked to myocardial bridging.
