Abstract
Hidroponik adalah sistem bercocok tanam tanpa menggunakan tanah sebagai medianya. Sedangkan nutrisinya dapat diperoleh dari limbah organik seperti air beras dan kulit wortel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk campuran limbah air beras dan kulit wortel terhadap pertumbuhan panjang batang, jumlah daun, panjang akar, berat basah dan berat daun tanaman kangkung darat serta mengetahui bahan ajar yang dihasilkan. Metode yang yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Selanjutnya dianalisa menggunakan teknik analisa statistik deskriptif, uji hipotesis dan analisa data hasil validasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk limbah campuran air beras dan kulit wortel memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan jumlah daun kangkung darat karena nilai sig. < 0,05, sedangkan yang lainnya tidak ada pengaruh karena nilai sig. > 0,05. Kesimpulannya, yaitu (1) pupuk limbah campuran air beras dan kulit wortel memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap pertumbuhan jumlah daun kangkung darat. Namun, tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap panjang batang, panjang akar, berat basah dan berat daunnya. (2) Bahan ajar yang dihasilkan berupa LKPD Pertumbuhan dan Perkembangan Tumbuhan yang sudah layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar di kelas 12 SMA pada materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tumbuhan. / Hydroponics is a farming system without using soil as a medium. Meanwhile, the nutrients can be obtained from organic waste such as rice water and carrot skin. This study aims to determine the effect of mixed fertilizer from rice water and carrot skin waste on the growth of stem length, number of leaves, root length, fresh weight and leaf weight of ground kale plants and to find out the teaching materials produced. The method used is the experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, documentation and questionnaires. Then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, hypothesis testing and data analysis validation results. The results of this study indicate that the application of waste fertilizer mixed with rice water and carrot skin has an effect on the growth of the number of leaves of ground kale because of the sig. <0.05, while the others have no effect because of the sig. >0.05. In conclusion, namely (1) waste fertilizer mixed with rice water and carrot skin has a significant effect on the growth of the number of leaves of ground kale. However, it did not have a significant effect on stem length, root length, fresh weight and leaf weight. (2) The teaching materials produced are in the form of Plant Growth and Development Worksheets which are suitable for use as teaching materials in class 12 high school on plant growth and development material.
