Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh waktu produksi dalam pencetakan 3D Printing terhadap kualitas hasil cetakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mensimulasikan dua variabel pada perangkat lunak Ultimaker Cura untuk mencapai pengaturan parameter. Simulasi menunjukkan parameter seperti Kepadatan Infill diatur pada 20%, 50%, dan 100%, sementara kecepatan cetak disesuaikan menjadi 60mm/s, 70mm/s, dan 100mm/s. Dimensi hasil cetakan diukur menggunakan jangka sorong Vernier dengan presisi 0,05mm untuk menggambarkan kualitas akurasi. Pengujian tarik dilakukan sesuai dengan standar ASTM D638 untuk mengevaluasi sifat mekanik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu produksi tidak signifikan mempengaruhi hasil pencetakan 3D, sedangkan kepadatan infill memiliki dampak signifikan pada kualitas hasil cetakan 3D. Nilai rata-rata kesalahan terkecil ditemukan pada sampel SUT-04 dengan kepadatan infill 50% dan kecepatan cetak 60 mm/s, dengan nilai 0,56%. Nilai kekuatan tarik terendah adalah 1,40 MPa yang diperoleh pada sampel SUT-02 dengan kepadatan infill 20%, diikuti oleh sampel SUT-04 dengan kepadatan infill 50% dan nilai 2,9 MPa. Nilai kekuatan tarik tertinggi adalah 5,5 Mpa yang tercatat pada sampel SUT-08 dengan kepadatan infill 100%. Kata Kunci : 3D Printing, Infill Density, Print Speed, Tensile Test, PLA+. / This research investigates the influence of production time in 3D printing on the quality of printed results. The study was conducted by simulating two variables using Ultimaker Cura software to adjust the parameter settings. The simulation involved adjusting parameters such as Infill Density to 20%, 50%, and 100%, while the print speed was adjusted to 60mm/s, 70mm/s, and 100mm/s. The dimensions of the printed results were measured using a Vernier caliper with a precision of 0.05mm to assess accuracy quality. Tensile testing was performed according to ASTM D638 standards to evaluate the mechanical properties. The results of the study show that production time does not significantly affect 3D printing results, while infill density has a significant impact on the quality of 3D printed results. The smallest average error value was found in sample SUT-04 with an infill density of 50% and a print speed of 60 mm/s, with a value of 0.56%. The lowest tensile strength value was 1.40 MPa, obtained in sample SUT-02 with an infill density of 20%, followed by sample SUT-04 with an infill density of 50% and a value of 2.9 MPa.
