Abstract

Orang dewasa atau remaja yang melakukan terhadap anak di bawah umur merupakan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia. Perlindungan anak merupakan masalah hukum di Indonesia; hal tersebut diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Tujuan dari studi ini yakni untuk mengetahui perbandingan usia korban kekerasan seksual terdapat anak di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk.1 Pusdokkes Polri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed method atau metode campuran. Dengan menggunakan strategi triangulasi konkuren dimana peneliti mengumpulkan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara konkuren (dalam satu waktu), kemudian membandingkan dua database ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada konvergensi, perbedaan-perbedaan atau beberapa kombinasi. Hasil studi menyampaikan bahwa jenis kekerasan seksual yang paling banyak dilakukan adalah tindakan cabul (41,8%). Tercatat bahwa mayoritas pelaku merupakan orang lain yang dikenal korban (69,5%). Mayoritas telah mengalami kekerasan seksual sebanyak satu kali (41,8%). Hasil penelitian ini relatif identik dengan temuan yang dilaporkan oleh KOMNAS PPA. Didapatkan selama tahun 2022 terdapat 11.686 kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak di Indonesia yang mayoritas pelaku merupakan suatu tindakan pencabulan. Didapatkan juga mayoritas merupakan orang lain yang dikenal oleh korban, disusul oleh anggota keluarga korban. Mayoritas korban kekerasan seksual yang diperiksa di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara tk.1 Pusdokkes Polri tahun 2022 memiliki jenis kelamin perempuan (92,1%). Rerata usia korban berjenis kelamin laki-laki adalah 9,64 ± 3,67 tahun, sementara rerata usia korban berjenis kelamin perempuan adalah 12,28 ± 3,82 tahun. Child protection is a legal issue in Indonesia; this is regulated in Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection. The purpose of this study was to determine the age comparison of victims of sexual violence with children in Bhayangkara Tk.1 Pusdokkkes Polri hospital. The type of research used in this study is mixed method or mixed method. Using a concurrent triangulation strategy where researchers collect quantitative and qualitative data concurrently (at one time), then compare these two databases to find out if there is convergence, differences or some combination. The results of the study said that the most common type of sexual violence committed was lewd acts (41.8%). It was noted that the majority of perpetrators were other people known to the victim (69.5%). The majority had experienced sexual violence once (41.8%). The results of this study are relatively identical to the findings reported by KOMNAS PPA. It was found that during 2022 there were 11,686 cases of sexual violence against children in Indonesia, the majority of which were acts of sexual abuse. It was also found that the majority were other people known to the victim, followed by family members of the victim. The majority of victims of sexual violence examined at the Bhayangkara Tk.1 Pusdokkkes Polri Hospital in 2022 were female (92.1%).
