Abstract

Komunitas kreatif adalah sekelompok anggota komunitas yang mengorganisasikan dirinya untuk bertindak bersama-sama, mewujudkan bakat dan kemampuannya. Masyarakat komunitas tersebut kemudian akan mengembangkan cara-cara inovatif untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ekonomi dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Komunitas kreatif ini dapat mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat lokal dan nasional di bidang industri kreatif. Selain untuk menyambut komunitas kreatif atau agen kreatif lokal, Creative Space ini dirancang sebagai ruang publik. Kehadiran bangunan industri kreatif ini akan mampu memberikan dampak yang luas, tidak hanya bagi pelaku kreatif namun juga masyarakat dan lingkungan secara luas. Pendekatan desain ini diawali dengan penelitian lapangan secara langsung, kemudian mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, penelitian dokumenter, dan studi banding terhadap proyek sejenis, sehingga terciptalah sebuah konsep perencanaan ruang kreatif dan konsep desain di Cawang. Pendekatan arsitektur kontemporer Creative Space dipilih karena menekankan pada penciptaan ruang-ruang yang menyatu untuk meminimalkan terciptanya ruang-ruang negatif sehingga pengguna dapat memanfaatkan setiap sudut untuk merasa nyaman sehingga bekerja lebih efisien. Baik dari segi pemberian fasilitas konkrit bagi pengembangan kreativitas, maupun dari segi bentuk luar arsitektur yang dapat mengekspresikan identitas Creative Space. Kata Kunci: Industri Kreatif, Creative Space, Ruang Publik. / A creative community is a group of community members who organize themselves to act together, realizing their talents and abilities. The community will then develop innovative ways to participate in economic activities and human resource development. This creative community can support the economic growth of local and national communities in the field of creative industries. In addition to welcoming creative communities or local creative agencies, the Creative Space is designed as a public space. The presence of this creative industry building will be able to have a broad impact, not only for creative actors but also the community and the environment at large. This design approach begins with direct field research, then collecting data through observation, documentation, documentary research, and comparative studies of similar projects, thus creating a creative space planning concept and design concept in Cawang. The Creative Space contemporary architectural approach was chosen because it emphasizes the creation of unified spaces to minimize the creation of negative spaces so that users can take advantage of every corner to feel comfortable so that they work more efficiently. Both in terms of providing concrete facilities for the development of creativity, and in terms of the external form of architecture that can express the identity of Creative Space.
