Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kanker payudara menurut Central Disease Center (CDC) adalah kondisi ketika pertumbuhan tidak terkontrol dialami oleh sel payudara. Berdasarkan WHO, keganasan merupakan beban terbesar di dunia bagi wanita. Diestimasikan sebanyak 107,8 juta tahun kehidupan telah hilang karena kecacatan paska-keganasan (Disability-Adjusted Life Years) dengan 19,6 juta diantaranya disebabkan karena kanker payudara. Metode: Metode penelitian yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dan pendekatannya secara cross-sectional, dengan mengambil rekam medis sebanyak 54 data, dari Laboratorium Patologi Anatomi RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa yang telah terdiagnosis kanker payudara dalam rentang tahun 2021-2022. Hasil: berdasarkan hasil gambaran histopatologi di Laboratorium Patologi Anatomi RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa, jenis kanker payudara yang paling umum ditemukan adalah Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Of No Special Type (IDC-NST) atau Invasive Breast Carcinoma Of No Special Type (IBC-NST) dengan persentase sebesar 98%. Dengan mayoritas insidensi kanker payudara terjadi pada kelompok usia 45-54 tahun dengan persentase sebesar 38%. Dalam hal teknik pengambilan sampel jaringan, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik biopsi insisi adalah yang paling sering dilakukan dengan persentase sebesar 74%. Kata Kunci: Histopatologi Kanker Payudara, Karakteristik Penderita, Laboratorium Patologi Anatomi. / Background: Breast cancer according to the Central Disease Center (CDC) is a condition when uncontrolled growth is experienced by breast cells. According to the WHO, malignancy is the world's greatest burden on women. It is estimated that 107.8 million life years have been lost due to post-malignancy disability (Disability-Adjusted Life Years) with 19.6 million of these due to breast cancer. Method: The research method used in this study is descriptive and the approach is cross-sectional, by taking 54 medical records, from the anatomical pathology laboratory of RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa in the range of 2021-2022 who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Results: Based on the histopathological findings in the Anatomy Pathology laboratory, the most common type of breast cancer found is Invasive Ductal Carcinoma of No Special Type (IDC-NST) or Invasive Breast Carcinoma of No Special Type (IBC-NST) with a percentage of 98%. With, the majority of breast cancer incidences occur in the age group of 45-54 years with a percentage of 38%. In terms of tissue sampling techniques, the research shows that incisional biopsy is the most commonly performed technique with a percentage of 74%.
