Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi masalah gizi kronis yang sering dialami oleh anak-anak di Indonesia saat ini. Mulai dari kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pemeriksaan Antenatal Care (ANC) saat masa kehamilan hingga pentingnya mengetahui periode emas 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan. Kurangnya pengetahuan akan pengolahan bahan pangan yang baik bagi anak serta ketersediaan dan akses bahan pangan yang baik juga berpengaruh dalam pertumbuhan anak yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas kehidupannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan adanya hubungan antara ketahanan pangan yang rendah dengan kasus stunting tinggi di daerah Kecamatan Babakan Madang, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 46 Balita. Melalui hasil kuesioner yang telah disebarkan ke orang tua warga di desa tersebut, terdapat 22 sampel dengan standar deviasi nilai z-score yaitu ≤ -3. Untuk pengetahuan tentang stunting, terdapat responden dengan kategori cukup sebanyak 67,3% dan di kategori rendah sebanyak 32,7%. Untuk sikap terhadap stunting terdapat responden dengan di kategori buruk yaitu 100%. Untuk sikap terhadap ketahanan bahan pangan terdapat responden dengan kategori cukup sebanyak 65,2%, kategori buruk sebanyak 32,6%, dan kategori baik sebanyak 2,2%. Untuk tindakan ibu dalam penggunaan bahan pangan terdapat responden dengan kategori buruk yaitu 56,5%, kategori cukup yaitu 41,3%, dan kategori baik yaitu 2,2%. Untuk konsumsi makan Balita, orang tua memberikan nasi yaitu sebanyak 100%, tempe sebanyak 86,9%, wortel sebanyak 80,4%, pisang sebanyak 80,4%, ASI sebanyak 71,7%, dan biskuit sebanyak 71,7%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, telah disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara ketahanan pangan dengan kejadian stunting di wilayah tersebut. Kata kunci: stunting, ketahanan pangan, balita, gizi, perilaku. / Stunting is still a chronic nutritional problem that is often experienced by children in Indonesia today. Starting from the lack of awareness of the importance of Antenatal Care (ANC) during pregnancy to the importance of knowing the golden period of the First 1000 Days of Life. Lack of knowledge about good food processing for children and availability and access to good food also affects children's growth which can affect their quality of life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between low food security and high stunting cases in the Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency. This research was conducted using an observational analysis method with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 46 toddlers. Through the results of the questionnaire that was distributed to the parents of residents in the village, there were 22 samples with a standard deviation of the z-score, namely ≤ -3. For knowledge about stunting, there were 67.3% in the moderate category and 32.7% in the low category. For attitudes towards stunting, there are respondents in the bad category, namely 100%. For attitudes towards food security, there were 65.2% in the sufficient category, 32.6% in the bad category, and 2.2% in the good category. For mothers' actions in using food ingredients, there were respondents in the bad category, namely 56.5%, the sufficient category, namely 41.3%, and the good category, namely 2.2%. For consumption of food for toddlers, parents give rice as much as 100%, tempeh as much as 86.9%, carrots as much as 80.4%, bananas as much as 80.4%, ASI as much as 71.7%, and biscuits as much as 71.7%. Based on the results of this research, it has been concluded that there is a corelation between food security and the incidence of stunting in the region.
