Abstract

Hernia nukleus pulposus merupakan kelainan di mana bantalan tulang belakang bergerak dan menonjol, menekan saraf tulang belakang. Itu bisa terjadi di beberapa tempat, termasuk bagian belakang leher, punggung atas, dan punggung bawah. Menurut PERDOSSI (Perhimpunan Dokter Spesialis Saraf Indonesia), temuan menunjukkan bahwa 819 orang (18,37%) menderita HNP. LBP adalah 18% lazim di Indonesia, menurut kementerian kesehatan. Hernia Nukleus Pulposus sebagian besar masih belum diketahui, yang menyebabkan orang terlambat memulai perawatan dan mempercepat perkembangan penyakit. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi profil pasien hernia nukleus pulposus. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional deskriptif retrospektif dengan meneliti rekam medik pasien Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia periode Januari 2018 – Januari 2022. Pada penelitian ini terdapat sampel 71 pasien. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan pasien 52 orang perempuan (73,2%) dan 18 orang laki-laki (25,3%). Kelompok usia yang mendominasi yaitu usia 61-70 tahun dengan jumlah 26 pasien (37,1%). Didapatkan pasien dengan pekerjaan berupa ibu rumah tangga terbanyak dengan jumlah 32 pasien (45.7%). Klasifikasi HNP berdasarkan lokasi lesi didominasi oleh pasien yang memiliki diagnosis HNP Lumbal dengan jumlah 51 pasien (72.9%). Indeks massa tubuh pasien didominasi pasien yang memiliki IMT 25-29,9 (Obesitas I) dengan jumlah 26 pasien (37.1%). Riwayat trauma pada penelitian ini lebih sedikit dengan jumlah 7 pasien (10%). Pasien dengan kebiasaan merokok pada penelitian ini lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan pasien yang tidak merokok dengan jumlah 36 orang (51,4%). Kata Kunci: Hernia Nukleus Pulposus, Nyeri Punggung Bawah. / Herniated nucleus pulposus is a disorder in which the spinal column cushions move and protrude, pressing on the spinal nerves. It can happen in several places, including the back of the neck, upper back, and lower back. According to PERDOSSI (Perhimpunan Dokter Spesialis Saraf Indonesia), the findings indicated that 819 individuals (18.37%) had HNP. LBP is 18% prevalent in Indonesia, according to the health ministry. Herniated Nucleus Pulposus is still largely unknown, which causes people to start treatments later and accelerates the progression of the illness. This study was conducted to identify the patient profile for hernia nucleus pulposus. The design of this study was a retrospective descriptive cross-sectional study by examining the medical records of patients at the Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia for the period January 2018 - January 2022. In this study there were 71 patients as a sample. The results of this study found 52 female patients (73.2%) and 18 male patients (25.3%). The age group that dominated was 61-70 years with a total of 26 patients (21.4%). The patients with the most occupations were housewives with a total of 32 patients (45.7%). Classification of HNP based on the location of the lesion was dominated by patients who had a diagnosis of Lumbar HNP with a total of 51 patients (72.9%). The patient's body mass index was dominated by patients who had a BMI of 25-29.9 (Obesity I) with a total of 26 patients (37.1%). There was less history of trauma in this study with 7 patients (10%).
